  • Patent number: 12168327
Abstract: The present invention relates to a counter-tool for an ultrasonic welding machine, wherein the counter-tool comprises two separate sealing surfaces which are intended to come into contact with a material to be processed, characterized in that the counter-tool is formed in two parts, wherein the two parts of the counter-tool are movable relative to one another, and each of the two parts comprises one of the two sealing surfaces.

  • Publication number: 20240399676
Abstract: A tool for an ultrasonic sealing device with a base surface, wherein the base surface has a first elevation which extends from the base surface in a direction perpendicular to the base surface, wherein the first elevation has a first partial sealing surface, wherein the first partial sealing surface has a second elevation which extends from the first partial sealing surface in a direction perpendicular to the first partial sealing surface, wherein the second elevation has a second partial sealing surface. In order to provide a tool with which aluminum-free plastic materials, in particular polypropylene sealing layers, can also be reliably sealed, it is proposed according to the invention that both the first partial sealing surface and the second partial sealing surface are provided for processing a material.

  • Publication number: 20150377598
Abstract: Parachutes for signalling rockets, for example, open in a jerky manner, as a result of which the suspension lines (13) are exposed to a heavy load. The invention envisages two suspension lines (14) configured in an extensible, particularly rubber-band-like manner, as a result of which the initially effective parachute surface area is reduced, which causes the parachute canopy (12) of the parachute (10) to open more slowly than with previous parachutes (10), which in turn reduces the opening jerk of the parachute (10). In this way, the suspension lines (13, 14) in particular, but also the parachute canopy (12) of the parachute (10), are subject to less load.
