  • Publication number: 20100307813
Abstract: A carrier tube for ceiling elements, particularly for aircraft cabins, including electrical lines running inside the carrier tube. In order to obtain high flexibility regarding the position from where current is to be conducted from the electrical lines to components in the ceiling elements, the carrier tube proposes for the lines to be designed as busbars and thus to mount them toward the inside of the carrier tube in a non-insulated way at the inside of the wall of the carrier tube. Furthermore, the carrier tube provides for the busbar system to be combined with a corresponding collector including contacts that correspond to the busbar.

  • Publication number: 20080267954
Abstract: A method for treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS) with Campath-1H with significant efficacy and a favourable safety profile is described, which offers an acceptable benefit/risk ratio. Especially described is the use of Campath-1H (alemtuzumab) for the production of a medicament for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS), comprising a first treatment cycle followed by at least one further treatment cycle of Campath-1H (alemtuzumab), in which each treatment cycle comprises 1-5 daily doses which are applied on consecutive days, wherein the daily dose is >0 and ?12 mg, and wherein each treatment cycle is separated from the next cycle by at least 1-24 months. Also described are treatment regimens comprising the administration of less than 12 mg/day of Campath-1H for a period of 1-5 consecutive days.

  • Publication number: 20060079491
Abstract: The fixed extended cycle method of female hormonal contraception includes continuous daily administration of daily dosage units of a monophasic preparation to a woman over a time period of nĂ—21 days, wherein n=2, 3, 4 or 5, immediately followed by a seven-day pill-break in which the monophasic preparation is not administered. Each of the daily dosage units contains from 0.5 to 3.0 mg of dienogest and from 10 to 30 ?g of ethinyl estradiol. In addition to effective contraceptive action the method significantly reduces the bleeding rate, is simple and is effective in treating acne, dysmenorrhea and/or endometriosis.
