  • Patent number: 9428081
Abstract: A filter element for a pneumatic adjusting arrangement, e.g., a vehicle seat, includes a filter chamber that is fillable with pressure media and includes first and second flexible films connected together along a connecting seam to define the filter chamber. A filter medium for removing particles entrained in the pressure medium is arranged in the filter chamber and separates the filter chamber into first and second chamber regions. The pressure medium may flow into the first chamber region via a pressure medium inlet line, flow into the second chamber region via the filter medium, and flow out of the second chamber region via at least one pressure medium outlet line. By realizing the filter element or the filter chamber thereof from flexible films, the filter element can be installed in a space-saving manner and with a form that can be adapted to the situation.
