  • Patent number: 11945686
Abstract: The disclosure relates to monitoring a state of a physical passenger transport system. In an aspect, monitoring includes use of an updated digital double dataset that reproduces characterizing properties of components of the physical passenger transport system in an actual configuration of the passenger transport system after assembly and installation thereof in a building, in a machine-processable manner. At least one detection device is arranged in the physical passenger transport system, which detects a load profile which is transmitted to the updated digital double dataset. A set of rules is used to convert the load profile into modified characterizing properties of virtual components. Through the monitoring, changes and change trends on the components are tracked and evaluated using the updated digital double dataset by calculations and/or by static and dynamic simulations.

  • Publication number: 20240069018
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for selecting an expressed sequence from a library, comprising the following steps: Each of a plurality of eukaryotic cells comprising a cell wall comprises a nucleic acid sequence member of a library, which is expressed as a target membrane protein in said eukaryotic cells. The cell wall of the cells is permeabilized. The penneabilized cells are labeled with a ligand capable of binding to the target membrane protein. The ligand bears a detectable label. A subset of the labelled cells is selected as a function of detectable label present. Finally, an expressed nucleic acid sequence is isolated from said selection of cells in an isolation step.

  • Patent number: 10865549
Abstract: A hydrant has a riser pipe and a shut-off element which can be brought from at least one open position into at least one closed position and vice versa. The shut-off element in the closed position seals the interior of the riser pipe from a hydrant inlet. The hydrant comprises at least one first passage, by which the interior can be fluidically connected to the outside of the hydrant, and one second passage, by which the pressurized hydrant inlet can be fluidically connected to the outside of the hydrant, wherein the first passage and the second passage can be brought into operative connection with each other. The operative connection produces a vacuum by water flowing through the second passage such that water in the interior of the riser pipe is led away via the first passage and the riser pipe is thereby drained.

  • Publication number: 20030157581
Abstract: The invention relates to the use of an image-generating photoelectric area sensor 14, for example a CCD sensor, for contact imaging the surface 11 of a biochip 13 by measuring a radiation emitted from the surface of said biochip, such as, for example, chemiluminescence, bioluminescence or fluorescence radiation, and to an image generation method therefor. For this purpose, the biochip 13 is arranged at a distance as short as possible from an area sensor 14. The area sensor 14 is then able, without insertion of an imaging optical system, to detect a spatially resolved two-dimensional image of the radiation emitted from the surface of the functionalized region 12.
