    Abstract: Described herein are compounds according to general formula (I) R1—CHR2—CH2—O-(AO)x—CH2—CH(OH)—R3??(I). wherein R1 is linear or branched, unsubstituted C2-C4-alkyl, R2 is linear or branched, unsubstituted alkyl group bearing two carbon atoms more than R1, x is an integer in a range of from 10 to 35, AO is identical or different and selected from the group consisting of CH2—CH2—O, (CH2)3—O, (CH2)4—O, CH2CH(CH3)—O, CH (CH3)—CH2—O— and CH2CH (n-C3H7)—O, and R3 is linear or branched, unsubstituted or substituted C6-C18-alkyl.
