  • Patent number: 11831115
Abstract: A wire-connecting element for connecting a metal wire to a circuit board or to an electrically conductive substrate via a connecting portion (V) of the wire-connecting element. The wire-connecting element has a two-zone portion (Z), which consists of a pre-mounting portion (B) and an adjoining final mounting portion (C). The pre-mounting portion (B) is designed for the attachment of a wire winding (IO). The final mounting portion (C) forms a contact region for the wire winding (IO), which wire winding, in the intended use, is moved, preferably pressed, onto the final mounting portion (C) after the wire winding (IO) has been attached around the pre-mounting portion (B).

  • Patent number: 10153567
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a contact element consisting of a press-in section which is formed by two adjacently running shanks. The shanks are connected to one another in a firmly bonded manner at their upper shank ends by a connection section. The shanks run subsequently substantially parallel to one another in an upper section and then at first away from one another in a middle section and then run back onto one another again and then run parallel and adjacently again in a lower section and are again connected to one another in a firmly bonded manner at their other end on the insertion side by an introductory section. At the transition of the connection section to the upper section the interval A of the two shanks is greater at least in a partial area, preferably over the entire thickness in the direction transverse to the previously cited direction of width of the contact element than the interval in the upper section.

  • Publication number: 20140141661
Abstract: Electrical contact element for mechanical introduction into an accommodating opening, provided therefor, in a component mount, which electrical contact element has a contact part wound from electrically conductive connecting wire, which contact part comprises at least two complete wire turns so as to form a substantially cylindrical contact accommodating area which is open on both sides, for accommodating an electrical connection pin of a component to be connected to the contact element, said connection pin having a plurality of outer edges provided for contact-making.

  • Patent number: 7891992
Abstract: A press-fit contact including a contact body with a square cross section and including a connecting region, a press-in region, and a tip region. Two legs are integrally formed within the contact body. The two legs originate at the connecting region and extend to the tip region where free ends of the two legs converge toward one another. The two legs are separated by a defined air gap in a longitude direction within the press-in region. The sum of the cross sections of the two legs substantially corresponds to the square cross section of the contact.

  • Publication number: 20070218717
Abstract: The invention relates to a press-fit contact, comprising a contact body and two adjoining legs, which are formed integrally with the contact body and are separated by a separating surface that is created through processing without cutting. The legs are expanded within a press-in region and are arranged at a distance to each other. Furthermore provided is a tip that adjoins the press-in region and is formed by the two converging, free ends of the legs.

  • Patent number: 5107925
Abstract: In a heat exchanger, separate junction elements (3) are provided for joining the tubes (2) to the tube plate (1), whereby connection sockets (7) of the junction elements (3) reach into expanded ends of the tubes (2) in a friction-fit manner. Flanges (5) of the junction elements (3) are joined in a liquid and gas-tight manner to the tube plate (1). Thus, the production of the separate parts and their assembly is more economical, the characteristics of the tube junctions are improved, and it is possible to use any desired tube shapes and material combinations.
