Abstract: The invention relates to a system for protecting an electrical source or an electrical load, having a module comprising an input and an output, and an electronic safety device for the load that can be connected to the source. The module also comprises a voltage monitoring unit, a current monitoring unit, and semiconductor switching units and controllers associated therewith.
