  • Publication number: 20240121204
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for automatically providing a suggestion to delay sending a message that is being composed by a user to send to a chat participant using a chat feature of an application. The suggestion is sent in response to determining that one or more trigger conditions occurred. The suggestion includes a scheduled time to send the message. The methods and systems send the delayed message at the scheduled time.

  • Patent number: 11025109
Abstract: A permanent magnet rotor of an electric motor, includes a laminated core having magnet pockets, the laminated core being composed of two partial laminated cores. A plurality of permanent magnets are held in a force-fitting manner in magnet pockets of the laminated core, the magnets extending over both partial laminated cores. Sheet metal tongues, which maintain the force fit of the permanent magnets, are deflected in the first partial laminated core in a first axial direction and in the second partial laminated core in a second axial direction opposite to the first direction, wherein the partial laminated cores consist of stamped metal sheets and the permanent magnets are pressed into the magnet pockets in the stamping direction.

  • Patent number: 10352994
Abstract: A magnet assembly in an electric drive having a shaft. The assembly includes a permanent magnet bonded in plastic and having two protrusions. An adapter has two protrusions and two recesses. The end face of the shaft has two cavities, which receive the two adapter protrusions to mount the adapter to the shaft. The two protrusions of the magnet are received in the recesses in the adapter in order to mount the magnet to the adapter. In another embodiment the shaft has an outer circumferential surface. Here, the adapter has a recess of a first shape and a second recess for mounting the adapter onto the outer circumferential surface of the shaft and the permanent magnet has a protrusion shaped to mate with the first shape of the first recess in the adapter, and the first recess is configured to receive the protrusion to mount the magnet to the adapter.

  • Publication number: 20180375400
Abstract: An electric motor for a fluid pump, in particular an oil pump, the electric motor comprising a housing in which a stator, a rotor, and a tapping plate are arranged, wherein the tapping plate comprises connecting contacts for the electrical connection to windings of the stator and connecting elements for connecting to an electronic control system and/or electronic positioning system, the tapping plate is formed or overmolded by a plastic material, and the stator is encased by an overmolding which forms a bearing seat for the rotor. The invention furthermore relates to a modular motor family for forming different, in particular differently powerful, fluid pumps comprising several brushless electric motors, wherein the individual electric motors differ from each other by different motor diameters and/or motor lengths and/or configuration variants. The invention furthermore relates to a production method for an electric motor.

  • Patent number: 9948154
Abstract: An electronically commutated DC motor has a stator wound with a multi-phase stator winding, a permanent magnet rotor mounted rotatably about a motor axis, a circuit board, a guide plate electrically connected to the winding and a housing component. In one implementation, a DC motor can easily be manufactured with the fewest possible process steps, which exhibits a short axial length and a low weight as well as good heat-dissipation properties. It is also an object of the invention to create a DC motor with integrated electronics, whose motor interior can be filled with oil, and which holds the electronics sealed against this oil. For reasons of logistics, an attempt is also made for partial components, such as the electronics, to be designed such that they are capable of complete prior assembly and testing.

  • Publication number: 20180031628
Abstract: A magnet sensor assembly for use in an electric drive having a shaft with a shaft end. The magnet sensor assembly includes a magnet sensor having a permanent magnet bonded in plastic, an adapter, means for mounting the magnet sensor on the shaft end of the shaft, means for connecting the adapter to the magnet sensor and a force-fit connection for mounting the adapter on the shaft end. The invention provides a magnet sensor assembly which allows as simple a connection as possible to be established between a magnet sensor and a shaft end of a shaft or an inner ring of a rolling element bearing secured to the shaft, for which simple manufacturing and mounting methods may be used which are reliable.
