  • Publication number: 20260243205
Abstract: A method operates an internal combustion engine in a first operating mode, a second operating mode and a third operating mode, each depending on whether respective first, second or third criteria are met. In the first operating mode, proceeding from top dead center of the crankshaft and measured in a working direction of rotation of the crankshaft, closure of the intake valve is fully completed at a first crankshaft angle at a bottom dead center position of the crankshaft. In the second mode, proceeding from top dead center, closure of the intake valve is fully completed at a second crankshaft angle, smaller than the first crankshaft angle, before the bottom dead center position. In the third mode, proceeding from top dead center, closure of the intake valve is fully completed at a third crankshaft angle which is smaller than the second crankshaft angle, before the bottom dead center position.

  • Patent number: 8597023
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a dental implant with a post part which can be introduced into a jaw bone and with a mounting part on which a dental prosthesis piece can be mounted. The dental implant allows a dental technician to choose a particularly favorable orientation for further assembling of the components, and at the same time to make it possible for the person performing the treatment to make use of the advantages of an indexing without using auxiliary tools.

  • Patent number: 7841323
Abstract: An internal-combustion engine contains at least one piston/cylinder unit containing a combustion chamber, having an intake path leading into the combustion chamber, an exhaust gas path leading out of the combustion chamber, and having an exhaust gas manifold. An exhaust gas recirculation path leads from the exhaust gas manifold into the intake path. A cooling device is provided for cooling the recirculated exhaust gas, wherein the cooling device cools the exhaust gas manifold, and the exhaust gas recirculation path branches off the cooled exhaust gas manifold.

  • Publication number: 20100196853
Abstract: A dental implant with a post part which can be introduced into a jaw bone and with a mounting part assigned to this, on which a dental prosthesis piece can be mounted, is said to allow the dental technician to choose a particularly favourable orientation for further assembling of the components, and at the same time to make it possible for the person performing the treatment to make use of the advantages of an indexing without using auxiliary tools (e.g. individual keys).
