  • Publication number: 20240109642
Abstract: A multifunctional thermal and acoustic insulation system having a multilayer structure and a plurality of functional components formed integrally and non-exchangeably with the multilayer structure. The multilayer structure has a thermal and acoustic damping performance and comprises, in a stacked arrangement, a continuous first outer layer, a core layer and a continuous second outer layer. The core layer is between the outer layers so that the outer layers cover the core layer at least on opposite sides thereof. Functions of the functional components are related to at least one of the thermal and the acoustic damping performance of the multilayer structure and the functional components are provided on a first outer layer side of the core layer and/or on a second outer layer side of the core layer.

  • Patent number: 11397972
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for assessing damage to a motor vehicle on the basis of at least one image file of the damaged motor vehicle, the method comprising ascertaining, on the basis of the at least one image file, whether there is damage to the vehicle zone, determining damage severity in the vehicle zones in which damage has been ascertained; establishing a degree of damage for each individual vehicle part within each damaged vehicle zone on the basis of the damage severity in the damaged vehicle zone and deciding, for each damaged vehicle part, whether a repair of the vehicle part may be performed or whether replacement of the vehicle part is required.

  • Publication number: 20200357029
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for assessing damage to a motor vehicle on the basis of at least one image file of the damaged motor vehicle, the method comprising the following steps: ascertaining, on the basis of the at least one image file, for a plurality of prespecified vehicle zones of the motor vehicle, whether there is damage to the vehicle zone, using a first database, which contains information regarding the vehicle zones of the motor vehicle, and using an artificial neural network, which is trained to detect damage in prespecified vehicle zones of motor vehicles determining damage severity in the vehicle zones in which damage has been ascertained, this determination being made on the basis of the image file and using the first database and the artificial neural network; establishing a degree of damage for each individual vehicle part within each damaged vehicle zone on the basis of the damage severity in the damaged vehicle zone by means of a second database, which specifies each vehicle part

  • Publication number: 20190032704
Abstract: A joint fixable in a plurality of joint positions selected according to a first position pitch subdivided into equal spacing steps in a direction of joint movement. The joint has two joint parts displaceable relative to and bearing against one another by way of joint faces. A first joint face on a first joint part is provided with structuring having a second position pitch subdivided into equal spacing steps in the direction of joint movement. The structuring creates latch engagement points distributed at the second position pitch. A second joint face on a second joint part has latch receptacles interrupting the second joint face at latch positions arranged at a third position pitch subdivided into equal spacing steps in the direction of the direction of joint movement. A locking element is introducible into one of the latch receptacles.

Abstract: A device for finely adjusting stop members, locating bolts, contoured fitting pieces or adapters and similar components on chucking devices, particularly for measuring machines and machine tools, includes a base member to be fastened to the chucking device and a tightening screw. A first guide member which is adjustable in the axial direction of the tightening screw is mounted on the base member. A second guide member mounted on the first guide member is adjustable transversely of the axial direction of the tightening screw. Mounted on the second guide member is an end member which is adjustable in the adjusting plane of the second guide member but transversely of the adjusting direction of the second guide member. The tightening screw extends through bores formed in the base member, the first and second guide members and the end member which are arranged one on top of the other.
