  • Publication number: 20220065627
Abstract: A detector for image recording, in particular for an optoelectronic image recording system for a spacecraft, includes a carrier substrate and an optoelectronic element arranged on the carrier substrate. At least in one end region, the carrier substrate has at least one side surface running obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the carrier substrate. An optoelectronic image recording system for a spacecraft includes a carrier plate and such a detector. A spacecraft includes such a detector and/or such an optoelectronic image recording system.

  • Patent number: 9211607
Abstract: A device for simultaneously processing a circumference of a workpiece includes a plurality of laser-lens modules and a waveguide. The modules each include a diode laser and a lens system and is configured to emit a laser beam radially in a shared radiation plane. The waveguide includes a lower part and an upper part that together form a cavity enclosing the radiation plane. The laser-lens modules are configured so that the laser is reflected repeatedly between a bottom surface and a cover surface and propagates in an unaffected manner within the radiation plane so as to form a beam spot that strikes the workpiece with a homogeneous energy distribution. The beam spot has a height based on a distance between the surfaces and a width based on a divergence angle in the radiation plane and a distance of the module from the workpiece surface.

  • Publication number: 20150042967
Abstract: A projection head for a laser projector is provided that includes a fiber outcoupling with a relatively large distance between the fibers. The fiber outcoupling represents a possibility for being able to adjust the position of the crossing point between the light beams. Thus it is possible to place the crossing point on the polygonal facets of a polygonal mirror. As a result, only minor light losses occur and edge discolorations are reduced when projecting onto a projection surface. The lateral distance between the fibers is relatively large, amounting to several millimeters. Due to the large distance, it is possible to integrate additional adjustment device and use conventional fiber plugs for the individual fibers.

  • Publication number: 20100188644
Abstract: A method and a device for projecting an image made up of pixels onto a projection surface, including a variable-intensity light source emitting a light beam and a decoupling device, and a deflection device directing the light beam onto a projection surface. In The light beam(s) are deflected such that the beams strike mirror facets of the polygonal mirror twice in a row. The diameter at which the beam strikes the first mirror facet of the polygonal mirror is adjusted such that it is dimensioned to practically not be cut by the facet edges. At the second strike, the light beam always intersects the mirror facet at the same location.

  • Publication number: 20060002437
Abstract: The invention is directed to a method and an optical arrangement for the generation of a broadband spectrum in which wavelength regions are selected in an application-oriented manner already during spectrum generation in order to provide increased laser power. A passively mode-coupled solid-state laser provides picosecond laser pulses with an infrared output wavelength which is transformed to a secondary wavelength in the visible spectral range by nonlinear optical processes. The picosecond laser pulses are coupled into a nonlinear optical fiber which is optically adapted to the secondary wavelength with respect to dispersion and nonlinear characteristics, so that a radiation output interval comprising a visible wavelength region is selectively generated. The broadband spectrum has high brilliance and can be used, for example, in spectroscopy, microscopy, cytometry or for array readers.
