  • Patent number: 10940964
Abstract: The invention discloses a device for filling an electric cigarette, more specifically for filling a consumable-material tank of an electric cigarette wherein the device has a first tank for accommodating a consumable material and a second tank for accommodating air, wherein the device is designed such that the volumes of the tanks can be altered inversely by means of an actuating device, and therefore a pressing action and an intake action can be established at connections of the tanks. By virtue of the device being connected to a consumable-material tank of an electric cigarette, it is thus possible, while the consumable-material tank is being filled with consumable material, for the air displaced by the consumable material to be simultaneously extracted from the electric cigarette.

  • Publication number: 20210064113
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for architecture-based power management for a memory device are described. Aspects include operating a first memory bank within a memory device in a first mode and a second memory bank within the memory device in a second mode. The memory device may receive a power down command for the first memory bank while operating the first memory bank in the first mode and the second memory bank in the second mode and switch the first memory bank from the first mode to a first low power mode while maintaining the second memory bank in the second mode. The first low power mode corresponds to less power consumption by the first memory bank than the first mode. • Publication number: 20210068167
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method in a user equipment (UE) for random access (RA) coverage enhancement (CE) is disclosed. The method includes transmitting a random access preamble to a UE, wherein a power of the random access preamble is determined, in part, by a current CE level. The method further includes incrementing a value of a counter by one, wherein the value of the counter indicates a number of random access preambles previously transmitted by the UE. The method may then compare the value of the counter after incrementing its value, to a transmission limit, wherein the transmission limit indicates a maximum number of random access preamble transmission attempts for the current CE level. In response to the counter being equal to the transmission limit plus one, the method includes resetting the value of the counter.
