  • Patent number: 12286334
Abstract: A mobile transport system includes a vehicle frame, first and second pairs of support wheels, first and second drive wheels, and a swing frame. A drive unit including a drive frame is disposed on the swing frame. The first drive wheel is rotatably supported on a first swing arm, and the second drive wheel is rotatably supported on a second swing arm. The first and second swing arms are coupled to each other by a coupling unit, such that a pivot motion of the first swing arm about a first swing axis in a first pivot direction brings about a pivot motion of the second swing arm about a second swing axis in a second pivot direction oriented opposite to the first pivot direction.

  • Patent number: 12286665
Abstract: Microscopy imaging that allow for multiple mRNAs, proteins and metabolites to be spatially resolved at a subcellular level provides valuable molecular information which is a crucial factor for understanding tissue heterogeneity as for example within the tumor micro environment. The current invention describes a method (SUMI-Seq) which combines the use of Spatial Unique Molecular Identifier in situ sequencing and in vitro sequencing of rolonies derived from rolling circle amplification from padlock oligonucleotides targeting portion of RNA or cDNA transcript at a subcellular level with less limitation in the amount of transcripts and the length of the sequence that can be analyzed. Apart from padlocks oligonucleotides, the SUMI-Seq method can also be applied using circular oligonucleotides to spatially resolve proteins and metabolites to provide multiomics results.

  • Patent number: 12286015
Abstract: Powertrain, including an inverter unit, inverter housing, electric motor, electric motor housing, and a reducing gear. The inverter unit having an inverter configured for converting direct current to alternating current. The inverter housing defining an inverter housing interior volume accommodating the inverter. The reducing gear unit has a reducing gear and a reducing gear cover surrounding the reducing gear. The reducing gear defines an output reducing gear axis that is parallel to the motor axis. The reducing gear cover and the inverter housing are arranged at opposite ends of the electric motor with respect to the motor axis. The inverter housing includes a cut-out that defines a cut-out region fully contained within a convex hull of the inverter housing, wherein the cut-out region is disjoint from the inverter housing interior volume. The output reducing gear axis passes through the cut-out region without passing through the inverter housing interior volume.

  • Patent number: 12287630
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to arranging a pick up and drop off locations between a driverless vehicle and a passenger. As an example, a method of doing so may include receiving a request for a vehicle from a client computing device, wherein the request identifies a first location. Pre-stored map information and the first location are used to identify a recommended point according to a set of heuristics. Each heuristic of the set of heuristics has a ranking such that the recommended point corresponds to a location that satisfies at least one of the heuristics having a first rank and such that no other location satisfies any other heuristic of the set of heuristics having a higher rank than the first rank. The pre-stored map information identifying a plurality of pre-determined locations for the vehicle to stop, and the recommended point is one of the plurality of pre-determined locations.

  • Patent number: 12289574
Abstract: Implementations of the subject technology provide occupant-based audio for enclosed environments. For example, an apparatus having an enclosure and one or more speakers may determine a location and/or an identity of an occupant within an enclosed environment defined by the enclosure, and operate the one or more speakers to provide audio output to the location of the occupant. The apparatus may also operate the one or more speakers to reduce the audio output to one or more other locations within the enclosure, such as to one or more non-occupant locations and/or to one or more locations of one or more other occupants. The audio output may be occupant-specific audio output, such as a personalized notifications, in one or more implementations.

Abstract: A driver assistance system of an agricultural harvesting machine with a harvesting header designed as a draper is disclosed. The driver assistance system comprises a memory for storing data and a computing device for processing the data saved in the memory. The draper comprises a central belt and at least one transverse conveyor belt arranged on the left side and the right side of the central belt for conveying the harvested material to the central belt. The draper forms, together with the driver assistance system, an automatic draper. The computing device operates the automatic draper as a characteristic diagram controller using the saved characteristic diagrams, with the automatic draper optimizing operating parameters of the draper and specifying the optimized operating parameters for the draper.
