  • Publication number: 20220089237
Abstract: A vehicle robotic production environment, in which the environment hosts robotic agents that are organised as groups of cells, each cell with no more than 10 robots. One group of robotic cells transforms fabric into vehicle composite panels and other parts, eliminating the need for steel panel pressing equipment. Other robotic cells assemble at least portions of a vehicle together from modular components, such as aluminium extrusions. Each cell is served by AMRs (autonomous mobile robots), eliminating the need for a costly moving production line. The robotic production environment can be implemented or installed in a factory that is less than 25,000 square meters in area, with a conventional flat concrete floor that has not been strengthened for a vehicle body panel stamping press. Conventional vehicle production plants are typically over 1M square meters in area, with specially strengthened concrete floors.

  • Patent number: 11195221
Abstract: A system recommends outfits to a user by communicating through a database layer and a computing layer. The system transmits a sequence of onboarding outfits corresponding to a plurality of product attributes and generates a dynamic user profile in response to an onboarding process. The system trains the computing layer during a computing session based on the dynamic user profile to generate a plurality of recommendations The recommendations are transmitted to a remote end-user device ranked according to the dynamic user profile.

  • Publication number: 20110165652
Abstract: Compositions, systems and methods of sequencing are disclosed, where the compositions and systems include polymerase enzymes that have been genetically modified to more efficiently incorporate nucleotides including labels having a detectable properties that are released during incorporation, to augment a rate of labeled nucleotide incorporation, to augment a rate of pyrophosphate release, or to augment two or more of these properties and rates. Also disclosed are terminally labeled and dual labeled nucleotides, and click-chemistry based methods of synthesizing the same.

  • Publication number: 20100235105
Abstract: A method to be implemented on or in a computer is disclosed, where the method includes data collection, calibration, candidate selection, and analysis of data streams associated with each candidate to classify single molecule fluorescence resonance energy transfer events. Once classified, the classification can be related to the nature of the events, such as the identification of dNTP incorporation during primer extension to obtain a base read out of an unknown template.

  • Publication number: 20050184409
Abstract: A decorative mirror features several overlapping and non-continuous reflective metallic layers with different reflective properties deposited on a transparent substrate. Areas where upper layers are visible through voids in the lower layers make patterns that can be alphanumerical, or ornamental, or artistic, or a combination of all for informational and decorative purposes. In order to manufacture the mirror a mask preventing metal deposition is applied before every layer is deposited. The mask is removed after the layer is deposited thus making upper layers visible through the voids in the lower layers. Reflective layers may be protected with further layers, for example of varnish or paint.
