Abstract: Internally controlled cell spray dispenser comprises embodiments that are being used to generate spray by controlling a contact between solutions of different cellular composition and the incoming compressed air produced and triggered by an external source of compressed air. In order to obtain desired quality of spray the present apparatus uses the compressed air regulator, and elastic properties of the air channel valve to control both the circumference of the air channel, and the flow of air in to the frontal cone where the main contact between the two fluids is taking place. Reduced air channel is causing a reduction in flow of air and an increased air pressure in the air channel and in the frontal cone promoting discharge of thicker liquids and larger tissue grafts. Releasing the pressure exerted on the air channel valve is causing the air channel to elastically rebound allowing more air under less pressure to enter the frontal cone promoting a discharge of smaller particles suspended in thinner media.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method which includes a means for sterilely receiving and handling tissue, a means for mechanically handling and separating the tissue, a means for enzymatically disaggregating the tissue, a means for holding processing enzymes, a means for mechanically and thermally processing tissue, a means for storing processed tissue, and a multi-channel cell sprayer for delivering cells derived therefrom to a variety of surfaces, a means for storing components in a sterile manner, and a method for using such sprayer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for harvesting tissue, processing tissue and delivering cells derived therefrom to large areas such as wound surfaces or wound dressings.

Abstract: A double lumen flexible catheter for peritonetal dialysis comprises a double lumen structure with inner and outer tubes. The outer tube has a plurality of openings the inner tube being stretched in tension to prevent kinking of the catheter. The inner tube has a single outlet at the free end of the catheter. The tubing for the catheter is sufficiently flexible to permit the catheter to lie loosely and freely in the body cavity. Treatment fluids are delivered to the peritoneal cavity through the inner tube and removed via the outer tube.
