Abstract: A utility knife is disclosed, including a housing having a handle portion and a front end. A first wing and a second wing are each pivotally engaged with the handle portion. The first wing and the second wing guide at least one blade along an edge of a box when cutting and disassembling the box. A trigger extends and retract the at least one blade such that the blade(s) are only extended during use to protect the user.
