  • Publication number: 20210212322
Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions and methods of using those compositions to treat plants so that those plants can utilize light wavelengths outside the PAR wavelength range for photosynthesis. The composition broadly includes a phosphor in a solvent and can also include nutrients, biostimulants, etc., added to it, depending on the desired end use. The compositions are preferably applied as foliar sprays, and they can increase yield as compared to untreated plants grown under the same conditions.

  • Publication number: 20210105932
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a new seed treatment composition for use as a flow aid or seed lubricant. The composition comprises ground corn components and preferably one or more nutrients. The composition can be applied to wet or dry seeds, minimizing or preventing sticking, bridging, and clumping of the seeds during planting or treatment processes. Advantageously, these compositions also improve plant growth while minimizing waste and missed seed pick-up by the planter.

  • Publication number: 20210040007
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a new amino acid and nutrient composition for use as a stress mitigator in plants. The composition comprises at least cobalt, nickel, zinc, and phosphorus, and in some embodiments comprises additional nutrients and/or amino acids. The composition is preferably provided in liquid form and can be used as a foliar treatment. Advantageously, these compositions assist the plants in achieving higher biomass and chlorophyll levels and appropriate gene expression, similar to that of the plant when the stress conditions are not present.

  • Publication number: 20190225556
Abstract: The present disclosure is concerned with fertilizer compositions that provide controlled, delayed, and/or prolonged release of micronutrients in soil. In one embodiment, the inventive composition comprises a dry, powdered blend of a first target micronutrient source in chelated form and a second source of the same target micronutrient but provided in non-chelated form. In another embodiment, the inventive composition provides at least two sources of boron, with one source being a water-soluble form and the other source being a water-insoluble form. Regardless of the embodiment, the methods of using the fertilizer composition results in increased uptake of the particular micronutrient, nitrogen, and/or potassium compared to the prior art.
