The first power train is configured to provide power to a first plurality of server racks of a first data center at a first level of high-availability service associated with a first uptime. The first plurality of components includes a first subset of the first plurality of components and a second subset of the first plurality of components. The second power train is configured to provide power to a second plurality of server racks of the first data center at a second level of high-availability service that is associated with a second uptime that is less than the first uptime. The second plurality of components includes a first subset of the second plurality of components and the second subset of the first plurality of components.

Abstract: Analysis and graphical rendering of subscriber data is provided. A data analysis component is provided that obtains a set of subscriber data, correlates various subsets of the subscriber data to determine a plurality of data relationships, and graphical renders the subscriber data as a heat map, a fractal map, a tree map, a three dimensional plot, a three dimensional map, a graph, a chart, etc. based on a scale associated with the data relationships. In addition, the data analysis component can obtain a set of line number portability data that can be correlated with the various subsets of the subscriber data to determine the data relationships.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method involves receiving a promotional code for an offer and an identifier for a user as part of a request for a dynamic landing page user interface, wherein a database contains an indication that the user has selected the offer. The promotional code is used to identify at least one product associated with the promotional code. The dynamic landing page user interface is transmitted to display an identifier for the at least one product, a discount associated with the offer and a control for adding the at least one product to an electronic shopping cart.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a housing that defines a fluid reservoir and includes a port that is in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir. An inlet adapter is removably coupleable to the housing. A user can engage an actuator to move a plunger from a first position in which the fluid reservoir has a first volume, to a second position in which the fluid reservoir has a second volume greater than the first volume, which draws bodily fluid into the fluid reservoir via the inlet adapter. The actuator modulates a plunger rate of motion below a threshold as the plunger is moved. When a predetermined volume of bodily fluid is transferred into the fluid reservoir, a volume indicator transitions from a first state to a second state and the inlet adapter can then be removed to transfer the predetermined volume into a sample bottle external to the housing via the port.

Abstract: An aircraft may include at least one secondary power system requiring secondary power, at least two main engines, and at least three non-propulsive utility power (NPUP) generation systems. The NPUP generation systems may each be configured to provide full-time secondary power during operation of the aircraft. The NPUP generation systems may be configured to provide at least a portion of the secondary power required by the secondary power system.

Abstract: A partially immersible system includes fuel burning equipment such as an electrical generator located above a flood plain. A hydraulic fluid pumping system is located above the flood plain, and is connected to an immersible hydraulically powered fuel pumping system, which includes hydraulic motors connected to pumps connected to a fuel tank and to the fuel burning equipment to supply fuel to the fuel burning equipment.

Abstract: A luminaire component for use in a luminaire, said component comprising:— (i) an LED module on a first printed circuit board (PCB), the first PCB having a front face on which the LED module is located; (ii) a second PCB mounted forward of the front face of the first PCB; (iii) connection means adapted to connect the second PCB to the first PCB. The invention also extends to a luminaire bezel containing one or more sensors, where the bezel is removably attachable to the luminaire. The sensor(s) can measure one or more environmental characteristics and electrical and signal contacts between the bezel and the luminaire are provided. Preferably the electrical and signal contact means is cableless.

Abstract: Light-based deciphering and transmission of information from one remote party to another in line-of-sight is disclosed. The system speeds the pace of light-based transmissions, the decoding of transmissions, and improves the accuracy of reception of the transmissions. In certain embodiments, the system sends both visual and infrared light to send different types of information to the recipient or to send information under different conditions. Exemplary embodiments disclosed herein demonstrate three exemplary systems (mechanical, LCD, and LED) that are suitable for combination with the other components of the system as disclosed herein. In certain embodiments, the system is configured to focus on the correct light (when there are other lights in view) sending the code (e.g., Morse code or On-Off Keying) and track it.

Abstract: An interferometric metrology device characterizes a surface topography of a sample at different length scales by combining the interferometric data into blocks of different length scales or by filtering the interferometric data at different length scales and then determining statistical moments or surface properties of the surface topography at the different length scales. The interferometric metrology device determines a best focus position for a processing tool based on different length scales and/or based on weighting functions that are based on the structure-dependent focus budget and a variable local topography. Additionally, the topography data may be used by itself or combined with design data, design simulation depth-of-focus data and lithography scanner focus data to define regions of interest for additional characterization with a different metrology device.

The exposure container may be made from depleted uranium, tungsten, and/or lead. The curved channel may be J-shaped.

Abstract: For communication pattern recognition, an apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a baseline analysis module that samples predefined sources associated with a user and generates a baseline fingerprint for the user. The apparatus includes an active analysis module that re-samples the predefined sources associated with the user after a predefined time interval and generates an active fingerprint for the user. The apparatus includes a verification module that compares the active fingerprint to the baseline fingerprint and determines whether the active fingerprint closely matches the baseline fingerprint. If the active fingerprint closely matches the baseline fingerprint, then the verification module replaces the baseline fingerprint with the active fingerprint. If the active fingerprint does not match the baseline fingerprint, then the verification module performs a predefined action to rectify differences between the baseline fingerprint and the active fingerprint.

Abstract: A photovoltaic device, particularly a solar cell, comprises an interface between a layer of Group III-V material and a layer of Group IV material with a thin silicon diffusion barrier provided at or near the interface. The silicon barrier controls the diffusion of Group V atoms into the Group IV material, which is doped n-type thereby. The n-type doped region can provide the p-n junction of a solar cell in the Group IV material with superior solar cell properties. It can also provide a tunnel diode in contact with a p-type region of the III-V material, which tunnel diode is also useful in solar cells.
