At least one split ring mounted in the groove and has an outer circumferential portion tapering inward from a center line toward the back of the ring. A generally hollow cylindrical housing is mounted over the split ring and has a tapered inner surface portion contacting at least a portion of the tapering outer surface of the split ring.
