  • Publication number: 20240382960
Abstract: This invention pertains to a novel method of single cell sequencing where cellular observations are paired directly with sequences. This method consists of a sequencing element with barcoded solid-phase PCR probes, cellular wells, and an optional cellular trap. Cells are loaded with reagents directly into wells or captured with cellular traps where the cellular wells are then lowered over the trapped cells. The sequencing element is then added. Cellular observations such as binding and affinity are then recorded. Cells are lysed and RT-PCR is performed to create a cDNA library that is then sequenced. Barcodes in the library allow sequences to be mapped back to individual wells. This method has applications from basic biology to personalized drug discovery to creating large databases for machine learning training sets.

  • Publication number: 20240388454
Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to a system for securing account information using blockchain technology. The system links the configuration of a user's account to a blockchain wallet. Changes to the account configuration are pre-approved in a blockchain transaction signed by the owner's wallet private-key. The account configuration is hashed and stored on the blockchain. The system includes a monitoring component that periodically checks the status of account details and compares the hash on the blockchain with the hash of the current network observed configuration. If the hashes do not match, the system can disable the account. The system can be applied in various sectors including banking, healthcare, e-commerce, education, and government services.

  • Publication number: 20240386916
Abstract: Provided are mechanisms that allow automatic media content layering. The systems and methods obtain a media content list that includes a plurality of different types of media content segment entries. Media content tracks are determined from the plurality of media content segment entries and are based on the type of those entries. Media content track features are determined from the media content segment entries where those features are used to adjust the media content tracks, layering of multiple media content tracks, adjusting media content segments that make up the media content tracks or other features. A media content layered object is then generated based on the media content track features and the media content tracks. An action, such as storage, may be performed on the generated media content layered object.

  • Publication number: 20240386703
Abstract: A method for execution by a computing device includes obtaining a set of media element identigens for media elements of media to produce sets of media element identigens. The sets of media element identigens are possible interpretations of a media element. The method further includes generating a set of relationships between media elements. The relationships provide a list of one or more ways in which the media elements are related. The method further includes processing different permutations of the sets of media element identigens using the set of relationships to generate textual descriptions as a proxy for an entigen group. Abstract: The present technology relates to surgical drilling devices, and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments. a surgical drilling device includes a drill bit and a drill motor. During operation, the drill bit and the drill motor can generate one or more parameters. The parameters can correspond to the drilling behavior of the drill bit, for example, to a type of tissue or a drill bit penetration depth, such that the parameters can be used to create an automatic stop threshold. In some embodiments, the surgical drilling device can be configured to measure one or more of the parameters, and to automatically stop the drill motor based on a comparison of the measured parameter(s) and the automatic stop threshold.
