The substrate support assembly includes an electrostatic chuck (ESC), an ESC base assembly coupled to the ESC having a base channel disposed therein, and a facility plate having a facility channel disposed therein. The method also comprising the step of clamping the tool to the subsea wellhead by moving the at least one grip member into engagement with a profile on the subsea wellhead. Additionally, the method comprising the step of performing the operation in the subsea well by utilizing the downhole assembly.
