A telecommunication device sends a communication request to a server that includes image data associated with a product or s service. The server processes the image data to identify a location of a third party computing device for the product or service on a communication network. The server transfers the communication request top the third party computing device. The third party computing device then initiates a communication session with the telecommunication device.
