Abstract: An exercise device includes a support frame and a running platform supported by the support frame. The support frame includes a front, a rear, a left side, and a right side and defines a horizontal plane having a longitudinal axis and a lateral axis. The running platform includes at least one support member extending longitudinally between the front and the rear of the support frame. A left track and a right track are each rotatably connected to the at least one support member and the support frame for lateral rotation. The left track and the right track are each operable between a horizontal position and an inclined position. The left and right tracks are substantially parallel to the horizontal plane in the horizontal position and are laterally rotated relative to the horizontal plane in their respective inclined positions.

Abstract: A plate for a barbell is provided. The plate has a weight either of 0.5 lbs, 1 lb, 2 lbs, 3 lbs, 4 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 20 lbs, 30 lbs, 40 lbs, 50 lbs, 27.5 lbs, or 52.5 lbs, and has a through-going aperture or a hole adapted to receive therein a bar. The bar has a weight of 45 lbs.
