Abstract: A system and related method are provided for monitoring and analyzing procurement process for professional services. The system includes a database management system (DMS) stored on a computer-readable medium, having information a plurality of datasets that correspond to information for professional services. The system further includes data analysis and display modules (DADM) that facilitate access to and analysis of the data of the DMS. The system benefits users throughout the procurement process, such as, identifying bid requests that align with the user's capabilities and interests, analyzing data which allows users to evaluate RFPs and develop bidding strategies, aiding in the preparation of proposals, and assisting in the negotiation of contracts after a winning bid, to name a few.
