Abstract: A panelized, systems-based, holistic approach towards design, manufacturing and construction is disclosed. In an exemplary system, a core structural metal framing known as stud and track structure refers to the construction of walls and planes using cold-formed steel. The metal framing has two main components, a stud and a track. The disclosed system is a flat pack. A flat pack system is a prefabricated building construction system that uses structurally insulated panels which are prefabricated in a factory, shipped by stacking and assembled on site. The modular panel system is manufactured off-site and includes an exterior facade, insulation and interior walls in a single pre-made modular panel system, which is connected via novel connectors.
