  • Publication number: 20090292739
Abstract: A system for tracking and managing value-added services and service timelines provided to a client by an agency. The system includes a secure web-based interface and a database, the database being connected to the web-based interface and including client account data. The system also includes an agency set-up portion of the web-based interface allowing an authorized administrator to associate the client account data with an agency account, a service timeline portion of the web-based interface allowing an authorized user to view and edit an interactive client account service timeline generated from the client account data. The interactive client account service timeline includes a plurality of editable data fields, including editable data fields for a value-added service category, a description of a value-added service, a tracking metric, a list of one or more participants, a target date for completion of the service, and an actual completion date for the service.

  • Publication number: 20090292589
Abstract: A system for tracking and managing sales performance of producers within an insurance agency. The system includes a database housing sales information for the agency, a sales management server interfacing with the database, a display device connected to the sales management server, a user interface module running on the sales management server and being configured to receive input from a user and to display content from the database on the display device, and an interactive sales pipeline module forming part of the user interface module. The interactive sale pipeline module is configured to receive input from a user and store the information in the database and to display a grid of sales process information including information regarding an initial appointment stage, a marketing submission stage, and a proposal delivery stage.

  • Patent number: 4845993
Abstract: A flow-through balance is provided which includes a non-metric portion and a metric portion which form a fluid-conducting passage in fluid communication with an internal bore in the sting. The non-metric and metric portions of the balance are integrally connected together by a plurality of flexure beams such that the non-metric portion, the metric portion and the flexure beams form a one-piece construction which eliminates mechanical hysteresis between the non-metric and the metric portion. The system includes structure for preventing the effects of temperature, pressure and pressurized fluid from producing asymmetric loads on the flexure beams. A temperature sensor and a pressure sensor are located within the fluid-conducting passage of the balance. The system includes a longitudinal bellows member connected at two ends to one of (1) the non-metric portion and (2) the metric portion and at an intermediate portion thereof to the other of (1) and (2).
