Publication number: 20240091653Abstract: An anonymous leaderboard for a monitored computing environments is provided. In response to an entity registering with the monitored computing environment (MCE), an encrypted identity and a dynamic non-fungible token (NFT) are generated for the registered entity, where the dynamic NFT has an associated blockchain technology data structure. The blockchain technology data structure is associated with the encrypted identity. A progress element notification is received from the MCE in response to the entity satisfying criteria for a predefined progress element associated with the MCE. In response, a static NFT, corresponding to the predefined progress element, is generated and stored as a block in the blockchain technology data structure. An entry in an anonymous leaderboard output is generated based on the blockchain technology data structure, where the entry identifies the entity by the encrypted identity.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 15, 2022Publication date: March 21, 2024Inventors: Sneha Kanaujia, Al Chakra, Bryan Childs, GREGORY C. Patent number: 11580283Abstract: The disclosure describes the implementation of automated techniques for optimizing quantum circuits of the size and type expected in quantum computations that outperform classical computers. The disclosure shows how to handle continuous gate parameters and report a collection of fast algorithms capable of optimizing large-scale-scale quantum circuits. For the suite of benchmarks considered, the techniques described obtain substantial reductions in gate counts. In particular, the techniques in this disclosure provide better optimization in significantly less time than previous approaches, while making minimal structural changes so as to preserve the basic layout of the underlying quantum algorithms.Type: GrantFiled: February 2, 2021Date of Patent: February 14, 2023Assignees: UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND, COLLEGE PARK, IonQ, Inc.Inventors: Yunseong Nam, Dmitri Maslov, Andrew Childs, Neil Julien Ross, Yuan Su

Publication number: 20220208329Abstract: Systems, devices, and techniques are disclosed for differentiating a therapeutic dose and a priming event to properly administer medication to patients. In one example aspect, a method for differentiating therapeutic doses and priming events in administering a medication to a patient includes determining a time window for monitoring dispensing of the medication by an injection pen device. Multiple dispense events each releasing an amount of the medication occur in the time window. The method also includes classifying dispense events prior to a last dispense event in the time window as priming events or therapeutic doses and designating the last dispense event in the time window as a therapeutic dose for facilitating calculation and tracking of a dosage amount for the patient.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 17, 2020Publication date: June 30, 2022Inventors: Michael Mensinger, Jack Pryor, Angela Gaetano, Sean Saint, Andrew Childs, Haripriyan Hampapuram, Arnold Holmquist, Heung Yong Im, Madison Smith

Publication number: 20070270063Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a static dissipative textile having an electrically conductive surface achieved by coating the textile with an electrically conductive coating in a variety of patterns. The electrically conductive coating is comprised of a conducting agent and a binding agent, and optionally a dispersing agent and/or a thickening agent. The static dissipative textile generally comprises a fabric which may be screen printed or otherwise coated with a conductive coating on the backside of the fabric so that the conductive coating does not interfere with the appearance of the face of the fabric. The economically produced fabric exhibits relatively permanent static dissipation properties and conducts electric charge at virtually any humidity, while the conductive coating does not detrimentally affect the overall appearance or tactile properties of the fabric.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 27, 2007Publication date: November 22, 2007Inventors: Andrew Child, Alfred Deangelis
