  • Patent number: 11605067
Abstract: A transaction terminal dynamically and regularly changes a unique transaction terminal identifier (ID). The transaction terminal ID is reported to a remote manager. During a transaction, a mobile device automatically reads a current transaction terminal ID from the transaction terminal, appends a mobile device ID for the mobile device, and sends the transaction terminal ID with the mobile device ID to the remote manager. The remote manager links the mobile ID to details associated with a user of the mobile device and sends the details to the transaction terminal. The transaction terminal uses the details to customize a transaction being conducted by the user at the transaction terminal.

  • Publication number: 20220092591
Abstract: Audio/speech-based and text-based interactions between a transaction terminal and a user conducting a transaction are provided. In an embodiment, the terminal may establish a direct wireless connection to a user-operated device or an indirection wireless connection to the user-operated device through a proxy device. In an embodiment, the wireless connection is automatically established through a different out-of-band wireless communication between the terminal and the user-operated device. In an embodiment, text-based data for the transaction are provided over a second simultaneous wireless connection that is different from the wireless connection associated with providing the audio/speech data. In an embodiment, audio/speech data provided from the user during the transaction are enhanced for security and are filtered for accuracy using audio-based processing and/or image-based processing. In an embodiment, a speech-to-text and text-to-speech interface for a transaction at the terminal is provided.

  • Patent number: 10614432
Abstract: A transaction is centrally controlled over multiple communication channels as a sequence of discrete processing units some of which are distributed. In an embodiment, the transaction's processing progression can be shared of the communication channels and paused on one communication channel and resumed on a different communication channel.

  • Publication number: 20190333067
Abstract: Various embodiments each include at least one of systems, terminals, methods, and software for disaggregated hardware platforms for joint transaction processing and fulfillment. Such embodiments enrich the transaction authorization process to capture and encrypt the authentication details at one device to transport the encrypted data to another device for fulfilment. One embodiment includes storing transaction data, received from a first terminal via a network, including a customer identifier, personal identifying data encrypted with an encryption key of the first terminal, a terminal identifier of the first terminal, and data defining at least one transaction activity input at the first terminal. The method further includes transmitting the stored transaction data to a second terminal in response to a received request therefrom.
