  • Patent number: 12086775
Abstract: A message including metadata is received on behalf of an application operator from a subscriber by a message management platform. Based on the metadata, the message is determined to be associated with a customer record received by the message management platform as an application programming interface (API) notification from an application builder platform. The API notification includes a payload that includes information describing a committed transaction event associated with a user of the application builder platform. An interaction history associated with the subscriber is presented in a messaging interface of the message management platform. • Patent number: 12076861
Abstract: A system for designing a robot for performing a specified function includes a library, a robot design server, and a robot data server. The library stores data about modules and accessories for a robot and has at least unique IDs, dimensions, and firmware for operation of each module and accessory. The robot design server receives a set of functions and requirements of the new robot, finds a set of modules or accessories which match at least one of the set of functions and requirements, performs a set of validation tests against a set of criteria, identifies at least one design which passed the set of validation tests, and generates a list of modules and accessories and their unique IDs of a selected design and a connection map for the selected design. The robot data server downloads to the assembled robot the data and metadata of its modules and accessories.

  • Publication number: 20240215908
Abstract: A method of determining a sleep stage of an individual comprises identifying features associated with a current epoch of the sleep session, determining a plurality of sleep stage probabilities based on the features, identifying events experienced by the individual during the current epoch, and adjusting each of the plurality of sleep stage probabilities based on events experienced by the individual during the current epoch or a prior epoch, and/or a sleep stage previously determined for the prior epoch. The features include at least one feature associated with a flow of pressurized air from a respiratory therapy system used by the individual, at least one feature associated with a respiration rate of the individual, and/or at least one feature associated with a time of the sleep session. Each sleep stage probability corresponds to a respective one of a plurality of potential sleep stages during the current epoch of the sleep session.

  • Publication number: 20240201186
Abstract: Disclosed are methods, apparatus, kits and compositions for determining the absence of a systemic bacterial infection (sepsis) in patients, particularly ones presenting to hospital emergency departments (ED) as outpatients, by measurement of the host immune response using peripheral blood. The are methods, apparatus, kits and compositions can be used in mammals for diagnosing, making treatment decisions, determining the next procedure or diagnostic test, or management of patients suspected of having an infection, including those presenting with fever or other signs of systemic inflammation. More particularly, peripheral blood RNA and protein biomarkers are disclosed that are useful for distinguishing between the host immune response to bacteria compared to the host immune response to other causes of systemic inflammation including trauma, burns, autoimmune disease, asthma, anaphylaxis, arthritis, obesity and viral infections.
