  • Patent number: 11765274
Abstract: Implementations relate to determination and display of estimated hold durations for calls. In some implementations, a computer-implemented method includes obtaining an identifier of a target entity, the identifier usable by a first call device to initiate a call between the first call device and the target entity. A hold duration is determined that is an estimated amount of time before the call is matched to a human agent when the call is initiated at a particular time that is prospective to a current time. The hold duration is determined based on previous calls between one or more call devices and the target entity. The hold duration is provided for display by the first call device prior to the initiation of the call between the first call device and the target entity.

  • Patent number: 11704957
Abstract: A method and system is provided for determining the denomination and related data for a currency item using a personal computing device, such as a mobile phone. The device includes or is connected to an image capture device that is preferably a digital video camera. At least one image of a target currency item is captured then processed for image quality. A further processing of the image includes a coordinate mapping. A comparison is made between individual pixels of the processed image based on the assigned coordinate mapping with a database of reference currency images to determine the currency denomination. Additional processing of the currency image provides the date and other data regarding the target currency item. A market value for the target currency item is identified by reference to a valuation database using the data determined for the currency item.

  • Publication number: 20230135399
Abstract: This invention provides binding proteins, including antibodies, antibody derivatives and antibody fragments, that specifically bind a CD154 (CD4OL) protein. This invention also provides a chimeric, humanized or fully human antibody, antibody derivative or antibody fragment that specifically binds to an epitope to which a humanized Fab fragment comprising a variable heavy chain sequence according to SEQ ID NO: 1 and comprising a variable light chain sequence according to SEQ ID NO: 2 specifically binds. CD154 binding proteins of this invention may elicit reduced effector function relative to a second anti-CD154 antibody. CD154 binding proteins of this invention are useful in diagnostic and therapeutic methods, such as in the treatment and prevention of diseases including those that involve undesirable immune responses that are mediated by CD154-CD40 interactions.

  • Publication number: 20230066100
Abstract: Implementations relate to determination and visual display of spoken menus for calls. In some implementations, a computer-implemented method includes receiving audio data output in a call between a call device and a device associated with a target entity. The audio data includes speech indicating one or more selection options for a user of the call device to navigate through a call menu provided by the target entity in the call. Text is determined by programmatically analyzing the audio data, the text representing the speech. The selection options are determined based on programmatically analyzing at least one of the text or the audio data. At least a portion of the text is displayed by the call device during the call, as one or more visual options that correspond to the selection options. The visual options are each selectable via user input to cause corresponding navigation through the call menu.
