Abstract: Method and systems described herein may provide multifactor mutual authentication. A first server may provide a first party and a second party with at least two authentication components in order for the first party to authenticate the identity of the second party, and vice versa. The first authentication component may include a color-based authentication component, while the second authentication component may include a code-based authentication component. Both factors need to be validated in order for the authentication to be successful. The color-based authentication component, in combination with the code-based authentication component, may improve the speed with which the mutual authentication is performed.

Metadata from the implicit content and from user-created content is then analyzed for the purpose of event identification. Using the metadata and event identification, the content is created into clusters, which can be confirmed by the user as actual events. Events can then be grouped according to metadata and event information into a presentation grouping. Users can also be associated with organizations, allowing the sharing of content and event definitions between the organization and its member users. Users can create ad hoc organizations with a particular subset of other users, which simplifies the creation of event meta data and content sharing with other users in the ad hoc organization.

Image groupings can be presented by reviewing all commentaries on a single image first before moving to a second image, or by reviewing all commentaries made in a user-session before moving to a second user session.

Nucleic acid assays and agents that employ such mutant endonuclease V enzymes to introduce a nick into a target DNA including one or more inosine, and uses a DNA polymerase to generate amplicons of a target DNA are also described.

Abstract: A system and method are presented to allow text-based communication between users concerning an image in the form of an image-message. The originator of the communication uses a mobile device app to select an image and enter appropriate text. The recipient mobile device receives an image-message, and then displays the text superimposed over the image. The recipient can enter reply text, which will then be shown superimposed over the image as part of a message stream. The recipient can also alter the image, with the altered image being transmitted back to the originator. When the reply message is active, the altered image is displayed behind the message stream. The user can select an earlier message in the stream to view the image associated with that earlier message.

The app uses the server to analyze a recipient address to determine the preferred mode of delivery. If the recipient is a known user of the app, the file is delivered without combining the image, audio commentary, and metadata into a standard movie file. Otherwise, the originator's app delivers the file through MMS or e-mail for the recipient as a movie file for viewing using a standard video player.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a system for acquiring and sharing annotations of objects that are identified in images found across a computer network. Annotations are stored on a database, thereby allowing multiple users to access to all annotations associated with that object, including annotations made about that object in connection with a completely different image. The database includes pre-defined object data that allows for object identification and for the linking of object annotations between similarly identified objects originating in different media items. The annotation data for the object being viewed may be presented to a new media item in a website browser or other viewing application.

Each idea is further associated with a fixed number of commentaries that comment on the snippet from the point of view of the religious domain and its relationship to the associated life issue tag. The fixed number of commentaries are each written with respect to a particular role. Customized study guides to the spiritual documents can be created using the commentaries by selecting religious or spiritual domains or life issue tags to choose a subset of commentaries to be displayed with the spiritual document.
