  • Patent number: 11912767
Abstract: The present invention provides multispecific antibodies that bind to EGFR and CD28 (EGFR×CD28) as well as anti-EGFR antibodies. Such antibodies may be combined with a further therapeutic agent such as an anti-PD1 antibody. Methods for treating cancers (e.g., EGFR-expressing cancer) by administering the antibodies (e.g., and combinations thereof with anti-PD1) are also provided. The EGFR×CD28 antibodies of the present invention embody a tumor-targeted immunotherapeutic modality combined with PD-1 inhibition. These bispecific antibodies bind a tumor-specific antigen (TSA) (EGFR) with one arm and the co-stimulatory receptor, CD28, on T-cells with the other arm. Combination therapy with PD-1 inhibitors specifically potentiated intra-tumoral T cell activation, promoting an effector memory-like T cell phenotype without systemic cytokine secretion in a variety of syngeneic and human tumor xenograft models.

  • Publication number: 20150067458
Abstract: The embodiments disclosed herein include systems, methods, and apparatuses for documenting the condition of tangible property. In preferred embodiments, a method for documenting conditions of tangible property with a client device include capturing, by the client device, image data, wherein the image data includes image data of the property, generating annotation data based on a determined feature of the image, and associating the annotation data with a region of the image data, wherein the region of the image data includes the determined feature of the property. The method may also include capturing, by the client device, additional image data, wherein at least a portion of the annotation data is displayed by the client device when capturing the additional image data and generating documenting data based on the image data, the annotation data, and the additional image data, wherein the documenting data documents a first condition of the property.

  • Publication number: 20150039466
Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards assessing the condition of tangible property that is loaned, leased, borrowed, or otherwise placed in the trust of another person. A first condition of the property may be documented and possession of the property may be transferred to a first party. A user may employ a mobile device to capture, acquire, and/or provide data documenting the condition, where the documenting data includes at least image data. Subsequently, possession of the property may be transferred to a second party and a second condition of the property may be documented. A variance between the first and the second condition may be determined by comparing the data documenting the first condition to the data documenting the second condition. Any damage, destruction, alterations, and/or modifications to the property that occurred during the time period that the first party had possession of the property may be determined based on the variance.

  • Patent number: 8689464
Abstract: A magnetically-supported article of footwear that primarily supports a wearer's weight by repulsive magnetic forces from magnets arranged in and around the article's sole. The magnets are arranged between and around the article's insole and outsole and may be attached to pairs of magnetically-conductive plates located down the length of the article's sole. Each plate has two magnets, one with a north pole facing upwards and one with a north pole facing downward. Also disclosed is an independent magnetically-supported sole assembly suitable for attachment to an existing article of footwear's sole so that, when attached, the weight of the wearer of that article is primarily supported by repulsive magnetic forces.

  • Publication number: 20050191506
Abstract: A wood and rubber composite sheet comprises a wood layer, preferably plywood, having a first surface and a layer of cured masticated rubber secured to said first surface. An adhesive material, such as Chemlock™ is disposed between said first surface and said rubber layer. A method of manufacturing the composite plywood and masticated rubber sheet comprises the steps of: providing a layer of wood having an outer surface; providing a layer of uncured masticated rubber upon said outer surface; heating and pressing said layers together so as to cure and bond said rubber layer to said outer surface of wood. An adhesive material may be disposed between the rubber layer and outer surface prior to heating and pressing.
