Abstract: The present invention provides HIV-1 vaccine immunogens. Some of the immunogens contain a soluble gp140-derived protein that harbors a modified N-terminus of the HR1 region in gp41. Some of the immunogens contain an HIV-1 Env-derived trimer protein that is presented on a nanoparticle platform. The invention also provides methods of using the HIV-1 vaccine immunogens for eliciting an immune response or treating HIV infections.

Abstract: A cooling system for an information handling system in a portable chassis comprises a fan housing containing two counterrotating impellers, wherein the axes of rotation of the two impellers are aligned with an axis of orientation relative to a rear surface of the portable chassis. By changing the angle of the axis of orientation, impellers with larger diameters may be positioned in the same fan area for increased volumetric airflow. The shape of the fan housing, the diameter of each impeller and the angle of the axis of orientation may be selected to direct and distribute a greater volumetric airflow for improved cooling of components in the portable chassis.

Abstract: A method for operating a server system. The method includes: receiving, by the server system, a request for a plurality of assets in a first format to fill an ad unit, in an application executing on a mobile device, with a native advertisement; receiving, by the server system and from an ad source over a network, ad content in a second format; converting, by a converter of the server system, the ad content in the second format to the plurality of assets in the first format; and sending, by the server system, the plurality of assets to the application, where the application fills the ad unit with the native advertisement including at least one of the plurality of assets.
