    Abstract: A power machine includes a frame, a plurality of wheels, a steering actuator, a hub, a link and a bell crank. The plurality of wheels are in contact with a ground surface that serves as a horizontal reference. The steering actuator is mounted on the frame and is configured for substantially vertical extension and retraction. The hub includes a stationary portion and a rotatable portion, wherein one of the plurality of wheels is mounted on the rotatable portion to pivot about a first axis. The link has a first end pivotally connected to the rotatable portion of the hub. The bell crank comprises first, second and third pivot joints. The first pivot joint is attached to an end of the steering actuator, the second pivot joint is attached to the stationary portion of the hub, and the third pivot joint is attached to a second end of the link.

Based on the predicted traffic flow, the electronic processor assigns the set of tasks to a fleet device associated with an autonomous fleet vehicle of the plurality of fleet vehicles, and transmits instructions for executing the set of tasks to the fleet device for display on a display screen of the fleet device. The autonomous fleet vehicle includes a transportation system configured to operate according to the instructions for executing the set of tasks.

The light may be a conventional led and may change colors at the end of the timed period, or it may use a UV light that just toggles on and off to further sterilize the water and hands. It is intended for use in areas where sterilization of one's hands is critical, such as restaurants, food preparation/packaging facilities, hospitals, day care facilities, schools, and the like. The visual notification for the length of the cleansing period also serves to reinforce to children and adults how long they must properly wash their hands to ensure sanitization. The light is powered by a mini water powered electrical turbine that is incorporated into the housing of the accessory.
