  • Publication number: 20250131908
Abstract: A system and method for removal of unwanted vibration noise are provided. The system may detect, by a microphone(s) of the system, at least one audio signal including audio content output from at least one speaker and other audio data from one or more other sources, or caused by the one or more other sources. The other audio data may include determined undesirable vibration noise causing distortion of the at least one audio signal. The system may determine, by at least one sensor of the system, a subset of the other audio data based in part on determining at least one motion of a user of the system, or motion of one or more other users. The system may remove, or reduce, the undesirable vibration noise from the at least one audio signal to enable output of sound associated with a modification of the at least one audio signal.

  • Patent number: 12249311
Abstract: A system configured to perform adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC) processing. Specifically, the system may adaptively determine a feed-forward ANC filter by maximizing a ratio of A:B, where A corresponds to microphone-ear coherence and B corresponds to microphone-microphone coherence between the feed-forward microphones. By maximizing this ratio, the system may determine weighted gain values used to combine the feed-forward microphone signals. In addition, the system may (i) apply a fixed feed-forward ANC filter profile selected based on a geometry of the device and a generalized ear response, (ii) monitor a secondary path to select from a plurality of feed-forward ANC filter profiles based on an individual user's ear response, or (iii) adaptively update the feed-forward ANC filter based on a feedback microphone signal.

  • Patent number: 12201558
Abstract: An apparatus includes a housing coupled to a medicament container, which is coupled to a needle. An injection assembly is disposed within the housing and includes an energy storage member and an actuation rod. A distal end portion of the actuation rod is disposed within the medicament container. The energy storage member can produce a force on a proximal end portion of the actuation rod sufficient to move the distal end portion of the actuation rod within the medicament container. This can convey at least a portion of a substance from the medicament container via the needle when a distal tip of the needle is disposed within a first region of a target location. The force is insufficient to move the distal end portion of the actuation rod within the medicament container when the distal tip of the needle is disposed within a second region of the target location.

  • Patent number: 12177198
Abstract: A method and system for authenticating answers to Domain Name System (DNS) queries originating from recursive DNS servers are provided. A verification component provides a verification that a DNS query originated from the recursive DNS server. An authoritative DNS server receives the query via a network, such as the Internet, and provides an answer to the query to an authentication component. The authentication component then provides an authentication, such as a digital signature, which confirms that the received answer was provided by the authoritative DNS server, and then communicates the answer and the authentication to the verification component via the network. The verification component then verifies that the authentication corresponds to the received answer and sends the answer to the recursive DNS server. When the verification component receives an answer in the absence of a corresponding authentication, the verification component drops the answer.
