  • Publication number: 20220314948
Abstract: A brake assembly includes a reservoir body adapted to store a brake fluid and defining a cylinder bore, and a piston adapted to reciprocate inside the cylinder bore. The brake assembly also includes a base bracket pivotably coupled to a reservoir body and adapted to be mounted to a handlebar, and a handle pivotally coupled to the base bracket and adapted to pivot relative to the base bracket. A drive link is pivotable coupled to the reservoir body and is configured to pivot relative to the reservoir body to advance the piston inside the cylinder bore in response to the pressing of the handle. The handle is configured to be set at a plurality of angular positions with respect to the reservoir body by pivoting the base bracket relative to the reservoir body.

  • Patent number: 11383687
Abstract: A brake master cylinder assembly with adjustable fluid reservoir. The invention prevents air from entering a motorcycle hydraulic brake line by adjusting the fluid reservoir to be level with the ground of motorcycle operation. The brake handle remains parallel with the relative position of the handlebar the assembly is fastened to. All motorcycle brake master cylinders have a fluid reservoir and hydraulic piston that are in a fixed position relative to the handle and handlebar. The invention has a reservoir assembly which may be adjusted to any angle to keep the fluid reservoir level while the motorcycle is upright; allowing the motorcycle to have a brake handle and corresponding handlebar at any angle desired. The adjustable hydraulic fluid reservoir assembly prevents air from entering the brake line by reducing exaggerated angles incorporated with handlebar positions. The overall brake performance is therefore extended, mitigating risks' and extending service life.

  • Patent number: 8538572
Abstract: A method for automatically identifying an optimal endpoint algorithm for qualifying a process endpoint during substrate processing within a plasma processing system is provided. The method includes receiving sensor data from a plurality of sensors during substrate processing of at least one substrate within the plasma processing system, wherein the sensor data includes a plurality of signal streams from a plurality of sensor channels. The method also includes identifying an endpoint domain, wherein the endpoint domain is an approximate period within which the process endpoint is expected to occur. The method further includes analyzing the sensor data to generate a set of potential endpoint signatures. The method yet also includes converting the set of potential endpoint signatures into a set of optimal endpoint algorithms. The method yet further includes importing one optimal endpoint algorithm of the set of optimal endpoint algorithms into production environment.
