  • Publication number: 20240310041
Abstract: A modular abatement apparatus is for abatement of an effluent stream from a semiconductor processing tool and comprises: a housing defining a common housing chamber; a plurality of combustion chamber modules positionable within the common housing chamber for treating the effluent stream, each combustion chamber module containing a foraminous sleeve defining a combustion chamber therewithin. In this way, multiple combustion chambers may be provided within a single, common housing, each of which may be configured to treat a particular effluent stream flow. Accordingly, the number of combustion chambers can be selected to match the different types and flowrates of the effluent stream expected from any particular processing tool. This provides an architecture which is readily scalable to suit the needs of different effluent gas stream types and flowrates while retaining a common housing which may interface with upstream and downstream components.

  • Patent number: 12094063
Abstract: A redundant tracking system comprising multiple redundant tracking sub-systems, enabling seamless transitions between such tracking sub-systems, provides a solution to this problem by merging multiple tracking approaches into a single tracking system. This system is able to combine tracking objects with six degrees of freedom (6 DoF) and 3 DoF through combining and transitioning between multiple tracking systems based on the availability of tracking indicia tracked by the tracking systems. Thus, as the indicia tracked by any one tracking system becomes unavailable, the redundant tracking system seamlessly switches between tracking in 6 DoF and 3 DoF thereby providing the user with an uninterrupted experience.

  • Publication number: 20240295564
Abstract: In a method for analyzing cells, a sample fluid having a suspending medium and cells is fed to a microfluidic device having at least one cell processing unit having a trapping region, a reaction unit, and an outlet arrangement. The trapping region is delimited by at least an input valve and a sieve valve, in particular a v-type valve that is capable of retaining the cells while letting fluids pass. The method includes trapping cells in the trapping region, subsequently establishing a flow of a reaction fluid through the trapping region while the sieve valve assumes the open state, such that the reaction fluid transfers the trapped cells from the trapping region into the reaction unit, decomposing the transferred cells into cell fragments through a decomposition process, collecting the cell fragments in the outlet arrangement, and analyzing the cell fragments.

The first document package includes a first set of documents and the second document package includes a second set of documents. In response to the request, the centralized document system identifies a first subset of documents included in both the first and second sets of documents and identifies a second subset of documents with conflicts between the first and second sets of documents. The centralized document system rectifies the second subset of documents to cure the conflicts between the first and second sets of documents. The centralized document system generates a merged document package including the first subset of documents and the rectified second subset of documents for execution by the first and second parties.
