  • Patent number: 12381961
Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises a server, which receive a request from a user's electronic client device. The server understands the intention of the user by determining an attribute associated with the request. The server further determines a sentiment value and routes the request to a call center computing system if the sentiment value satisfies a threshold; otherwise, the server determines to route the request to one of virtual assistant servers. The server selects a virtual assistant server whose subject matter best matches the attribute of the request. The server may also select a virtual assistant server based on other information, such as user's previous selection of virtual assistant servers, a time value, or a confidence value. The selected virtual assistant provides a response corresponding to the request.

  • Publication number: 20200364712
Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for decoupling an account number from a physical or plastic card number (PCN), such as is typically used on credit, debit, gift cards, etc., by utilizing a virtual card number. In some aspects, an authorization request including a PCN may be received by a card conversion platform. A virtual card number, which the PCN may be registered to in a data store, may be determined. Based on comparing the authorization request with information associated with the PCN in the data store, the card conversion platform may determine to allow the authorization request. Upon allowing the authorization request, a modified authorization request, including the virtual card number, may be routed to a bank processing platform to approve or deny the authorization request based on a primary account associated with the virtual card number.

  • Patent number: 10430183
Abstract: A system provides support for a device interrogation framework. The system may include an electronic device and an application server. The electronic device may perform a device interrogation to identify one or more device characteristics, and adaptively disable one or more application functions of a software application according to the device characteristics. For example, the electronic device may send the device characteristics to the application server, and the application server may apply a set of feature support criteria to determine particular application functions to enable or disable on the electronic device. The application server may send a compatibility determination to the electronic device specifying which application functions of the software application to disable.

  • Publication number: 20180046947
Abstract: The system enables a data processing framework that polls for files using a listener, controls the workflow using event driven logic, processes financial transactions, and creates a business to business trading partner network. The listener ensures the reliability and data integrity of input files and performs archiving functions. The payment management functions automatically processes transactions, including payor (e.g., the buyer) initiated payments to a payee (e.g., a supplier) by utilizing a flexible, decoupled processing architecture. A payment management computer identifies a universal identifier for each entity and forms relationships and hierarchies in order to increase efficiency of the trading partner network. Metadata describes the format, validation and relationships for a wide variety of financial account data.
