Patent number: 11941039Abstract: Systems and methods for transcription analysis of a recording are provided. The recording includes an audio and screenshot/video portion. The audio portion is transcribed using a machine learned model. Models may be selected by the recording quality and potentially accents or other speech patterns that are present. The transcription is then linked to the video/screen capture chronology, so that automatic scrolling is enabled, clip selection from the transcription, and searching to a video time is possible. There is improvements to user experience question generation, review of study results, and in managing the study participants.Type: GrantFiled: January 12, 2023Date of Patent: March 26, 2024Assignee: USERZOOM TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Xavier Mestres, Alfonso de la Nuez, Albert Recolons, Francesc del Castillo, Jordi Ibañez, Anna Barba, Andrew Jensen

Patent number: 11934475Abstract: Advanced user experience study can be accomplished by enabling recording on a device such as a smart phone, providing a participant with one or more survey questions and a task. Typically, the participants are recorded and redirected to a starting URL. The recording can be terminated when the participant reaches a validation condition. Results, for example, videos, survey results, click flows, and heat maps may be filterable across any participant feature or any study validation criteria. Validation criteria includes time taken to complete a given action, ending up at a particular URL (or class of URLs), based upon question answers, or any combination thereof. These criteria can be classified as either a successful completion of the study, or a failed attempt. Additionally, the validation criteria can also include a decision by the participant to abandon the study.Type: GrantFiled: December 30, 2019Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: USERZOOM TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Xavier Mestres, Alfonso de la Nuez, Albert Recolons, Francesc del Castillo, Jordi Ibañez, Anna Barba, Andrew Jensen

Patent number: 11774278Abstract: This disclosure presents methods and systems to reduce measurement jitter of a resonating element. A time control is utilized to analyze the phase of a received frequency from the resonating element. Using that analysis, the time control can determine a next time point to direct the re-excitation of the resonating element. Through controlling when the resonating element is electrically excited, the measurement analyzer can determine a pressure or temperature at the location of the resonating element while accounting for remaining resonating energy from previous electrical excitations. The method and system can allow for measurements to be taken at a significantly faster rate while reducing uncertainty, e.g., jitter, in the collected measurements.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2020Date of Patent: October 3, 2023Assignee: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Inventor: Karl Andrew Jensen

Publication number: 20230265671Abstract: An illuminated portable bathroom includes a bathroom body and a door. The bathroom body is configured to provide a safe, contained space with the features necessary for a user to manage their waste. The door is equipped with an occupancy indicator and a lock, such that adjusting the lock toggles the open or closed status display upon the occupancy indicator. An electrical power supply attached to the bathroom body, preferably upon the roof of the bathroom body, provides electricity necessary for the activation of a set of lights. The electrical power supply may utilize solar panels or other energy sources to generate power for subsequent distribution. The lights may be positioned adjacent to the occupancy indicator, thus allowing users to easily identify whether the bathroom body is occupied in any ambient lighting circumstances. The lights may also be arranged within the bathroom body to improve the comfort of users within.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 22, 2022Publication date: August 24, 2023Inventors: Eric Andrew Jensen, Michael William Jensen

Patent number: 11709754Abstract: Systems and methods for generating, administering and analyzing a user experience study are provided. In particular, intents can be generated from a user experience study by applying one or more screener questions to participants and subjecting the screened participants to one or more tasks. Corresponding clickstreams and success data for each participant engaging in the tasks can be recorded. The success and clickstream data can also be aggregated for all the screened participants as aggregated results. Video data including audio for each of the screened participants can also be recorded.Type: GrantFiled: July 19, 2021Date of Patent: July 25, 2023Assignee: USERZOOM TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Xavier Mestres, Alfonso de la Nuez, Albert Recolons, Francesc del Castillo, Jordi Ibañez, Anna Barba, Andrew Jensen

Patent number: 11494793Abstract: Systems and methods for generating, administering and analyzing a click test study are provided. This includes uploading a static image and selecting portions of the static image as answers. The study author also generates a prompt for a participant, which is then presented, along with the static image. The participant then clicks with a cursor, or other selection mechanism, and the selection location(s) are recorded. Delay between the prompt display and the click is measuring in some embodiments. The recorded clicks are used to generate a heat map when aggregated with the results of other users. Likewise, the at least one click location may be compared to the selected portions to generate success metrics. In addition to the regular heat map, a high-contrast negative image heat map may likewise be generated.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2020Date of Patent: November 8, 2022Assignee: USERZOOM TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Xavier Mestres, Alfonso de la Nuez, Albert Recolons, Francesc del Castillo, Jordi Ibañez, Anna Barba, Andrew Jensen
