  • Publication number: 20250248843
Abstract: Implant delivery devices, methods of device assembly and methods of using those devices are presented where the delivery device uses an automatic implant delivery mechanism that eliminates variability in pusher wire speeds by providing a needle assembly having one or more implants positioned within a proximal end of a needle cannula, a dampener assembly and a shuttle assembly located within a housing along with the activation member which holds the shuttle assembly in cocked or pre-tensioned state. A lock can be engaged with the activation member to prevent premature firing or triggering of the device.

  • Publication number: 20250252099
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for a query conversion system to convert a first query string from a first version of a query language to a second version of the query language. The query conversion system may be associated with a tokenizer and parser, code converter, compatibility library, and a query formatter. The tokenizer and parser may tokenize and parse a query string to create a first node tree with commands. The code converter may parse the first node tree while using the compatibility library to convert the commands and generate a second node tree. The query formatter may create a second query string executable by the second version of the query language.

  • Publication number: 20250252116
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for synchronizing non-fungible token ledgers. The system can maintain a plurality of player profiles, with a first player profile identifying a plurality of non-fungible tokens maintained on a blockchain network. The system can provide a graphical user interface for display, including a plurality of slots corresponding to a first discard combination. The system can receive a request from a client device to discard a subset of the plurality of non-fungible tokens, with the subset corresponding to the plurality of slots. The system can determine that each non-fungible token of the subset satisfies a respective criteria of a respective slot of the plurality of slots. In response to determining that each non-fungible token of the subset satisfies the respective criteria of the respective slot, the system can store a respective identifier of each non-fungible token of the subset in a discard data structure.

  • Publication number: 20250243472
Abstract: The invention relates to a new method of characterising a target polynucleotide. The method uses a pore and a Dda helicase. The helicase controls the movement of the target polynucleotide through the pore. The invention also relates to modified Dda helicases which can be used to control the movement of polynucleotides and are particularly useful for sequencing polynucleotides.

  • Patent number: 12373165
Abstract: A system and method for isolating electronic data and generating enhanced data. A data subscription unit receives data having plural data formats from data source devices. The data may be received pre-filtered or filtered by the data subscription unit. A modeling unit may receive the filtered data from the storage databases, may determine eligibility of the stored data based on eligibility criteria, sort the eligible data based on at least one sorting parameter, adjust and/or normalize the eligible data based on at least one adjustment parameter and/or an aggregate value for a data attribute, generate data metrics over a defined set of time periods based on the eligible data, generate further data metrics based on the data metrics, and derive specified values from these metrics. A data distribution device may transmit or make available the data metrics, further data metrics and values to remote devices.

  • Patent number: 12375462
Abstract: In various embodiments, a kernel uses a NIC to transmit encrypted data over TCP connections. The kernel causes the NIC to encrypt first data to generate a first transmission control protocol (TCP) packet in accordance with a hardware-based transport layer security (TLS) offload mode. The kernel computes a first re-transmission statistic in response to the first TCP packet failing to reach a first device over a first TCP connection; the kernel assigns the first TCP connection to a software-based TLS offload mode instead of the hardware-based TLS offload mode based on the first re-transmission statistic. Subsequently, the kernel encrypts second data to generate a second TCP packet in accordance with the software-based TLS offload mode, the kernel then causes the NIC to transmit the second TCP packet to the first device over the first TCP connection.

  • Publication number: 20250236071
Abstract: In the context of additively manufacturing a solid object using extrusion deposition, closed-loop control of flow rate is achieved using a distance measuring tool to scan a surface of a layer that has been deposited using a first flow rate, comparing data from the scan to a desired target value and using a control algorithm to calculate a corrected second flow rate to be applied when depositing a subsequent layer. In some embodiments, the control algorithm is a proportional-integral control algorithm. In some embodiments, a solid object shape may result in some layers having multiple isolated regions and separate closed-loop control instances may be applied to the separate regions.

  • Publication number: 20250231171
Abstract: A sequence of polymer units in a polymer (3), eg. DNA, is estimated from at least one series of measurements related to the polymer, eg. ion current as a function of translocation through a nanopore (1), wherein the value of each measurement is dependent on a k-mer being a group of k polymer units (4). A probabilistic model, especially a hidden Markov model (HMM), is provided, comprising, for a set of possible k-mers: transition weightings representing the chances of transitions from origin k-mers to destination k-mers; and emission weightings in respect of each k-mer that represent the chances of observing given values of measurements for that k-mer. The series of measurements is analysed using an analytical technique, eg. Viterbi decoding, that refers to the model and estimates at least one estimated sequence of polymer units in the polymer based on the likelihood predicted by the model of the series of measurements being produced by sequences of polymer units.

  • Patent number: 12361025
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for identifying ancestor objects in hierarchical data configured for processing with a query, the query having an associated abstract syntax tree. The abstract syntax tree may be processed so as to generate an augmented abstract syntax tree which includes parent identifiers configured to identify the parent nodes of the query. In this way, a need to pre-parse the data may be alleviated. Instead, the identification of a parent node of a query may be encoded into the abstract syntax tree of the query.

  • Patent number: 12361066
Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, or computer program products provide for providing interaction vectors related to a component management system. An interaction vector data structure request for a component management system may be received from a client device. The interaction vector data structure request may include one or more interaction vector identifiers and one or more component identifiers. Additionally, metadata associated with the one or more component identifiers may be retrieved. The metadata may include respective component object identifiers for the one or more component identifiers. A component dependency work graph structure may be traversed based on the respective component object identifiers to generate one or more interaction vector data structures based on one or more dependencies between component object data associated with the respective component object identifiers.

  • Patent number: 12360792
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for safely processing integrated flows of messages in a multi-tenant container. Each step in the flows of messages to be processed by the applications in the multi-tenant container is monitored. If the monitored step is determined to run custom logic in a general-purpose programming language, then the flow of messages running such custom logic is suspended from being processed by the application in the container if there are other flows of messages being processed by other applications in the container. Furthermore, new flows of messages are prevented from being processed by the applications in the container. After processing the other flows of messages by the other applications in the container, the suspended flow of messages is now processed by the application in the container. In this manner, the risk of interference with other flows of messages in the container is avoided.
