Abstract: Systems and methods for time entry, management and billing are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, a method of collaborative time entry includes generating a first graphical user interface on a first user terminal that allows a first user to link a first time entry to a second user, storing in a memory at least a portion of time entry data from the first time entry, creating a second time entry on a second graphical user interface on a second user terminal, the second time entry including at least the portion of the time entry data from the first time entry, and generating a report including the first time entry and the second time entry.

Abstract: Systems and methods for client intake and management are disclosed herein. In an. embodiment, a method for client intake and management by a first party includes receiving initial client data regarding a second party from at least one user terminal, retrieving additional client data regarding the second party from at least one of the second party, an existing second party database, or a third party data source, extracting target data from the additional client data, generating at least one risk parameter based on the target data, and determining a risk associated with the second party based on the at least one risk parameter.

Abstract: Systems and methods for enabling target data to be extracted from documents are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, a method of enabling target data to be extracted from documents includes accessing a database including a plurality of documents including target data, for each of multiple of the documents, creating a region tensor based on extracted text including the target data, for each of the multiple of the documents, creating a label tensor based on an area including the target data, and using the region tensor and the label tensor, training an extraction algorithm to extract the target data from additional documents.
