  • Patent number: 10676972
Abstract: A trim assembly securable in a window frame includes a track on which a sliding window is supportable, a latch insert including a plurality of latch openings, and a latch mechanism securable to the sliding window adjacent the latch insert. The latch mechanism is displaceable between an extended position and a retracted position and includes a lever connected with a latch tab. In the extended position, the latch tab is positioned in a selected one of the latch openings. The latch mechanism is biased toward the extended position. The spacing of the latch openings provides for essentially infinite open/close positions.

  • Patent number: 10547143
Abstract: A wiring-harness includes an electrical-connector and a staging-device. The staging-device has a cavity defining a flexible-member in compressive contact with the electrical-connector. The flexible-member is configured to removably retain the electrical-connector within the cavity. The cavity locates the electrical-connector in a predetermined-position within the staging-device, such that the electrical-connector is presented to an assembler in the predetermined-position. The staging-device is particularly useful in automated, i.e. robotic, installation of the wiring-harness.

  • Publication number: 20190115733
Abstract: A wiring-harness retaining device is configured to retain a predetermined-point of a wiring-harness in a predetermined-position. The device includes a substrate and a retention-feature. The substrate defines a surface. The retention-feature is disposed on the surface. The retention-device is configured to retain the wiring-harness to the surface until a removal-force applied to the wiring-harness exceeds a predetermined-threshold. The predetermined-point of the wiring-harness is presented to an assembler in the predetermined-position.

  • Patent number: 9744834
Abstract: A convertible tarp system provides an extendable and retractable enclosure especially suited for covering a flatbed trailer. The convertible tarp system includes a plurality of bows and trolleys that support a tarp structure. A guide track defines a longitudinal path of movement and supports the trolleys for movement along the longitudinal path. The guide track is configured to substantially restrict lateral movement of the trolleys along the longitudinal path.

  • Patent number: 9174616
Abstract: A method applying a line lock feature, i.e. a wheel hold mode, with a brake system for a vehicle comprises initiating a wheel hold mode for the brake system and applying pressure to the wheels of a non-driven axle. The wheel brake pressure is maintained at the wheels of the non-driven axle independent of application of the brake pedal. The wheel brake pressure at the wheels of the non-driven axle is released when a release trigger event occurs. The release trigger event may be an automatic trigger event or a driver actuated trigger event.
