A second ISV binds to a mucin protein, e.g. a mucin protein present on ocular, nasopharyngeal, tracheal and/or oral surfaces of a mammal. The two ISV are joined by a polypeptide linker.

    Abstract: This document describes a process of producing gel microparticles, which are consistent in size and morphology. Through the process of coacervation, large volumes of gel microparticle slurry can be produced by scaling up reactor vessel size. Particles can be repeatedly dehydrated and rehydrated in accordance to their environment, allowing for the storage of particles in a non-solvent such as ethanol. Gel slurries exhibit a Bingham plastic behavior in which the slurry behaves as a solid at shear stresses that are below a critical value. Upon reaching the critical shear stress, the slurry undergoes a rapid decrease in viscosity and behaves as a liquid. The rheological behavior of these slurries can be adjusted by changing the compaction processes such as centrifugation force to alter the yield-stress. The narrower distribution and reduced size of these particles allows for an increase in FRESH printing fidelity.

The method may comprise pumping fuel to a combustor from a fuel tank, controlling a flow rate of the fuel to the combustor with a metering valve, spilling a portion of the fuel pumped by the pump with a primary spill valve, controlling a pressure of the fuel flowing to the combustor via a pressure valve, detecting a pressure differential across the pressure valve with a pressure transducer, determining the flow rate of the fuel based on the detected pressure differential and the positional feedback of the pressure valve opening, comparing the determined flow rate with a demand flow rate, and opening a secondary spill valve when the determined flow rate exceeds the demand flow rate.

The server is configured to receive a live stream from the dashboard module, parse the live stream based on the access profile, and, upon approval by the authorizing agent, transmit a parsed portion of the live stream to the remote user. The dashboard is configured for the authorizing agent to independently modify the access profile and credential, and terminate the live stream. The dashboard includes a switch that prevents the live stream from being transmitted by the dashboard to the server.

An electronic device obtains an input clock signal and generates a first output voltage and a second output voltage from the input clock signal. The first output voltage has a first direct current (DC) voltage level indicating, in real time, a first duty cycle length of high voltage duty cycles of the input clock signal. The second output voltage has a second DC voltage level indicating, in real time, a second duty cycle length of low voltage duty cycles of the input clock signal. The difference between the first and second DC voltage levels corresponds to the duty cycle distortion level of the input clock signal. A duty cycle control signal is generated based on the difference between the first and second DC voltage levels to control the high voltage duty cycles of the input clock signal.
