Abstract: A processing system may obtain a request to add at least a first feature to a feature graph database, where the request comprises a first feature ontology of the first feature, and where the first feature ontology comprises: a label of the first feature and a relationship of the first feature to a concept or to another feature. The processing system may then identify whether the first feature is a duplicate of a second feature in the feature graph database based at least upon the first feature ontology and a second feature ontology of the second feature and generate an indication of whether the first feature is a duplicate in response to the identifying.

Abstract: A processing system may apply a community detection process to a feature graph database to identify a plurality of communities of features, the feature graph database comprising: a plurality of objects, each associated with one of a feature or a concept, and a plurality of relationships between the plurality of objects. Next, the processing system may label a first plurality of features of the feature graph database with at least a first community label, where the first plurality of features comprises features of at least a first community of the plurality of communities. The processing system may then obtain a search associated with at least one feature of the feature graph database, where the at least one feature is a part of the at least the first plurality of features of the at least the first community, and provide the first plurality of features in response to the search.

Abstract: In some examples, for process-to-process communication, such as in function linking, a virtual channel can be provisioned to provide virtual machine to virtual machine communications. In response to a transmit request from a source virtual machine, the virtual channel can cause a data copy from a source buffer associated with the source virtual machine without decryption or encryption. The virtual channel provisions a key identifier for the copied data. The destination virtual machine can receive an indication data is available and can cause the data to be decrypted using a key accessed using the key identifier and source address of the copied data. In addition, the data can be encrypted using a second, different key for storage in a destination buffer associated with the destination virtual machine. In some examples, the key identifier and source address is managed by the virtual channel and is not visible to virtual machine or hypervisor.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to process image frames. In at least one embodiment, one or more neural networks are used to blend two or more video frames between a first video frame and a second video frame. In at least one embodiment, a blended video frame is used to generate an intermediate video frame between the first video frame and the second video frame.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for a spatialized display of chat messages within a messaging platform. In an example method, a computing device displays a spatial chat user interface (UI) including a virtual background and one or more spatialized avatars overlaid on the virtual background. The computing device receives chat messages sent by a participant and displays, adjacent to the spatialized avatar representing the participant, chat bubbles having a first appearance. The computing device displays chat bubbles for other participants having a second appearance. The computing device receives one or more additional chat messages sent by the participant. The computing device displays additional chat bubbles corresponding to the additional chat messages having a third appearance and updates the appearance of the initial chat bubbles to a fourth appearance.

Abstract: There is described a method of shading a group of pixels in a fragment shader in a raster graphics pipeline. At least one first pilot pixel of the group of pixels is shaded under a first precision. At least one second pilot pixel of the group of pixels is shaded under a second precision. An error value representing a difference between the first and second pilot pixels is calculated. At least one other pixel of the group of pixels is shaded under the first precision if the error value is greater than an error threshold. The at least one other pixel is shaded under the second precision if the error value is smaller than the error threshold.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides novel pladienolide compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, and methods for using the compounds as therapeutic agents. These compounds may be useful in the treatment of cancers, particularly cancers in which agents that target the spliceosome and mutations therein are known to be useful. Also provided herein are methods of treating cancers by administering at least one compound disclosed herein and at least one additional therapy.
