The subscriber can further have an account established with an account servicer, wherein the account comprises an amount of health care credits acquired or earned by the subscriber. The health care credits can be accepted as payment and can be applied to a balance due for the health treatment. When the health care credits are redeemed by the subscriber, the account servicer can deduct an appropriate amount of health care credits from the account of the subscriber.
