    Abstract: Compositions and methods are provided for screening wheat seed for sorting and selection. Compositions comprise polynucleotides and polypeptides, and fragments and variants thereof, which encode and express a screenable color marker in seeds. Expression cassettes comprise a plant-derived polynucleotide, or fragment or variant thereof, operably linked to a promoter, wherein expression of the polynucleotide modulates the color, opacity, fluorescence, or other property of the seed. The plant-derived marker can be used in a male-sterile production system of hybrid wheat seed. Methods for maintaining a line of male-sterile plants and for restoring male fertility in a male-sterile plant, comprising a screenable color marker are provided.

A first spring retainer engages with and retains a first end of the spring. A first locking nut fits to the threaded portion of the bar and retains the first spring retainer longitudinally in place relative to the bar. The longitudinal bar is rotationally freely coupled to the attachment device to permit free axial rotation of the bar about its longitudinal axis relative to the attachment device, and an engagement head is attached to and located at or proximate the bottom end of the longitudinal bar for engagement with a tool.

Further, the method of the present invention enables the health care provider account to choose a standard queue generated, where the patient accounts are placed in the queue in chronological order of the wish list entry or to use one or more different algorithms alone or in combination to generate weighted composite queues.

The clock tree is then modified by moving a terminal of the group from a first location in the clock tree to a second location in the clock tree to update the clock tree. An indication is provided that the updated clock tree has been modified and complies with the target timing offset.

The product level sensor is positioned a radial distance away from the spindle and aimed to emit the signal in a direction that is not parallel and not perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The product level sensor detects a parameter of the reflected signal corresponding to the distance between the product level sensor and the sheet product roll. Other example embodiments include mechanical product level sensors. Various communication protocols may be employed to limit transmission of data to conserve battery life while still maintaining desired communication functionality.

A method is presented for managing the CG of an aircraft. The aircraft includes first and second landing gears and an airframe that removably attaches thereto one or more payloads and/or hardware modules. The method includes supporting the aircraft on a support leg that operatively attaches to the airframe and, while supported on the support leg, determining if the aircraft pivots onto the first or second landing gear. If the aircraft pivots onto either landing gear, the method responsively identifies a new airframe position for the payload/hardware module that will shift the aircraft's CG to within a calibrated “acceptable” CG range; doing so should balance the aircraft on the support leg. The payload/hardware module is then relocated to the new airframe position.
