  • Publication number: 20250149111
Abstract: A method may include applying a protein sequence computation model to generate, based on an input protein sequence, a plurality of proposed protein sequences. A set of possible amino acid residues for each position in at least a portion of an output protein sequence may be identified based on the plurality of proposed protein sequences. A first protein structure having the output protein sequence may be generated by applying a protein structure computation model to select, for each position in at least the portion of the output protein sequence, an amino acid residue from a corresponding set of possible amino acid residues. The protein structure computation model may further determine the conformation of the amino acid residues selected for inclusion in the output protein sequence. In some cases, the first protein structure may be grafted onto a second protein structure to form a third protein structure.

  • Patent number: 12263511
Abstract: Techniques are provided for controlling extraction of landfill gas from a landfill. The techniques include receiving user input indicating an upper methane concentration threshold and a lower methane concentration threshold, and obtaining a measurement of the concentration of methane in the sample of landfill gas. At least one processor may be used to determine whether to control an actuator to control the flow control mechanism to adjust the flow rate of the landfill gas being extracted from the landfill. The determining whether to adjust the flow rate may be performed by determining whether the measurement of the concentration of methane in the sample is greater than the upper methane concentration threshold and determining whether the measurement of the concentration of methane in the sample is less than the lower methane concentration threshold. The flow rate of landfill gas being extracted from the landfill may be adjusted based on the determining.

  • Patent number: 12263512
Abstract: Techniques are provided for controlling extraction of landfill gas from a landfill. The techniques include obtaining a measurement of concentrations of oxygen, carbon, and methane in a sample of landfill gas. At least one processor may be used to determine based on the measurement of the concentration of oxygen in the sample, the measurement of the concentration of methane in the sample, and the measurement of the concentration of carbon dioxide in the sample, a balance gas concentration in the sample. Further, the at least one processor may be used to determine whether the determined balance gas concentration in the sample is greater than a balance gas concentration threshold. Responsive to determining that the determined balance gas concentration in the sample is greater than the balance gas concentration threshold, an actuator controls the flow control mechanism to decrease the flow rate of the landfill gas being extracted from the landfill.

  • Patent number: 12262204
Abstract: Techniques for establishing a data connection are described. In an example, a computer system receives, from a second device of a computer network, first data associated with a first device and second data associated with the second device. The first device is not connected to the computer network. The computer system determines third data generated by one or more devices other than the first device and the second device and associated with at least one of: the first device, the second device, a user account, or the computer network. The computer system generates, based on the first data, the second data, and the third data, a confidence score indicating a likelihood of a user authorization to connect the first device to the computer network. The computer system sends, to the second device based on the confidence score, instructions associated with connecting the first device to the computer network.

  • Patent number: 12258786
Abstract: A method for unlocking and/or locking a privacy lockset from the exterior of the lockset or door and without the use of buttons, keys, or an object inserted into the lockset or door. The operator manipulates a magnetic object, such as a magnet or piece of ferrous metal, on the exterior of the door or lockset to cause an internal magnet attached to a rod to move the rod in and out of a collar, the far end of the rod in turn actuating the lock into a locked and/or unlocked position. Rotational, lateral, and/or thrust forces may be configured to actuate the lock. The invention may apply to rim locks, mortise locks, sliding door locks, cylinder locks, and non-keyed deadbolts.
