  • Patent number: 12088609
Abstract: Techniques for generating and utilizing investigative playbooks for cloud security events are described. Activity is detected indicative of a potential compromise in association with a resource of a multi-tenant cloud provider network. API calls originated by a client are determined to utilize API methods that exist within a set of known API methods included in a formal model of attack tactics. Responsive to both the detection and the determination, an investigative playbook is executed, based on the activity, that includes multiple logical tests to generate an attack report that can be presented to a user such as a security analyst for use in investigating cloud security events.

  • Publication number: 20150371252
Abstract: In an embodiment of the invention, historical data related to multiple members of a customer loyalty program is gathered. A set of loyalty behavior models is developed for an individual member of the loyalty program is developed based on the historical data. For each campaign in a plurality of marketing campaigns, at least one combination of offers is inserted into each loyalty behavior model to output a plurality of net profit scores for the individual member, wherein each combination of offers outputs a separate net profit score. For each campaign in the plurality of campaigns, a combination of offers having the highest net profit score for the campaign is selected. The campaign having the highest net profit score of the plurality of campaigns is selected, and marketing materials for the selected campaign and combination of offers is transmitted to the individual member.

  • Patent number: 6158705
Abstract: A tool for stabilizing and supporting a vehicle by forming a rigid member between a bearing surface and the vehicle comprising at least one member having a cylinder and a movable piston that protrudes axially from the cylinder at a cylinder end. The cylinder end is formed with a pair of inclined circumferential surfaces. A collar extends axially from the cylinder and slidably receives the protruding piston. The collar is formed with a pair of internal annular step surfaces corresponding to the cylinder end surfaces. The collar step surfaces and the cylinder circumferential surfaces are engagable to permit rotation and simultaneous axial movement of the collar with respect to the cylinder. A pin is selectively positionable at one of a plurality of holes along the piston for engagement with the collar to prevent movement of the piston with respect to the collar. A locking system is provided for releasably securing the collar against rotation relative to the cylinder.
