  • Publication number: 20250315147
Abstract: Methods and systems for coordinating operation of a head-wearable device and an electronic device to assist a user in interacting with the electronic device are disclosed. A method includes, while a user interface is displayed on a display of an electronic device associated with a user, receiving sensor data from one or more sensors of the electronic device or from a head-wearable device worn by the user that is in communication with the electronic device. The method includes determining, based at least in part on the sensor data from the one or more sensors, whether an augmented-display criterion is satisfied for the electronic device, and, in accordance with a determination that the augmented-display criterion is satisfied, causing presentation, via a display of the head-wearable device, of an augmented representation of the user interface.

  • Publication number: 20250147962
Abstract: A set of time-series information descriptive of one or more events occurring within a particular period of time is obtained. A frequency domain transformation is applied to the set of time-series information to obtain a frequency-domain representation of the set of time-series information comprising a plurality of frequency components. A dimensionally-reduced frequency-domain representation of the set of time-series information is determined based at least in part on a first subset of frequency components of the plurality of frequency components.

  • Publication number: 20240378939
Abstract: An interactive gaming device (100) comprises a base display element (110) with sensors to detect a user touch, a transparent dome shaped user interaction element (120), and a control element. The user interaction element (120) is fixedly attached to the base display element (110). Part of the user interaction element (120) protrudes outwardly from the surface of the base display clement (110). The control element detects a user touch by determining a change in capacitance by comparing averaged signal values from the sensors to pre-defined threshold values.

  • Publication number: 20240015040
Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatuses, devices, and computer program products are described. A group-based communication system may support domain and invite management, for example, for a group-based communication channel. A first user may create a channel invite and may add an email address for a second user to the invite. The second user may have multiple accounts in the group-based communication system. The system may determine that the domain of the second user's email address has an organization configured as the primary organization for the domain, and the system may automatically configure the invite to correspond to an account for the second user that is associated with the domain's primary organization. The system may route the invite to the account associated with the primary organization and may send the invite (e.g., a channel invite to the group-based communication channel) to a second user device associated with the second user.

  • Patent number: 10078402
Abstract: Disclosed are a touch sensitive display and a method of operation thereof. The display comprises a sensor having an input put array of electrodes and, capacitively coupled thereto, an output array of electrodes and a controller operable to perform a scan operation at every intersection point of said input array. The scan operation comprises measuring a touch value for an intersection point; determining a proportional difference between said touch value and a base touch value for said intersection point as a proportion of said base touch value, wherein said base touch value is indicative of there being no touch event on the sensor; and comparing the proportional difference to a predetermined proportional touch threshold so as to determine whether there is a touch event at that point.
