  • Patent number: 11966774
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for workflow generation using multiple interfaces. In some implementations, an interface for defining a workflow having one or more operations for a computer system to perform is provided. The interface can provide options that are selectable to cause an operation from a predetermined set of operations to be added to the workflow. Data indicating user selection of an option of the interface corresponding to a first operation in the predetermined set of operations is received. Code that specifies one or more custom operations is received. The workflow is defined to include (i) the first operation based on the data indicating the user selection and (ii) a second operation specified by the code.

  • Patent number: 11941640
Abstract: Prioritizing a customer service agent's responses to customer messages. In one form, an expected response time target is determined based on a time interval between sending an agent response and receiving a customer response from a particular customer. In other forms, other objective factors, such as message intervals, customer properties, and message properties, are used to determine the expected response time target. In yet other forms, a customer conversation can be automatically closed if the customer does not respond within a predetermined maximum time interval.

  • Patent number: 11932438
Abstract: A rotatable bag rack to support a plurality of bag types. The bag rack includes a stand and a rack. The rack is pivotally mounted to the stand so as to be rotatable about a pivot axis relative to the stand between a first position to hold a first bag type and a second position to hold a second bag type. The rack includes a pair of spaced apart arms to hold the first bag type that, in the first position, extends forward relative to the pivot axis. The rack, in the second position, extends downward relative to the pivot axis. The rack also includes a hanger fixed relative to the arms to hold a second bag type that, in the first position, extends backward relative to the pivot axis. The rack, in the second position, extends upward relative to the pivot axis.

  • Publication number: 20240080621
Abstract: Example techniques relate to device spaces and default designations in a media playback system. A device space may create an association between a networked microphone device and one or more playback devices such that certain voice commands (e.g., playback commands) received by the networked microphone device are used to control the one or more playback devices (unless otherwise designated in the voice command). Furthermore, in bonded pairs and bonded groups of playback devices that include at least one NMD, certain playback devices within the bonded pair or group may be designated as default so as to avoid multiple responses to a voice input.

  • Patent number: 11827182
Abstract: A modular tool bag system may have organizers each having a planar body that is foldable to form an inner volume between two halves. The organizers may be opened or closed, with a zipper, and configured to lay flat on a supporting surface, with no resistance, when open. A number of pouches, with a variety of transparent pockets for containing tools, may be attached to the inner surface of each organizer by hook and loop fasteners. Multiple organizers may be inserted, parallel to each other, into a tool bag, such that the spines of the organizers remain visible through the tool bag opening when the tool bag is open. The spines of the organizers may have labels for identification. A user may pull an organizer from the bag, open and lay it flat on a surface, and detach a pouch to use specific tools.

  • Publication number: 20230242321
Abstract: An in-wheel bag system is provided. The system may include a bag with a cover moveable between and open and closed positions and a protective inner member removably received within the bag. The protective inner member has a body portion that includes a plurality of recesses formed within the body portion. Each of the plurality of recesses are sized and shaped to receive tools and a belt. One of the recesses is an impact wrench recess to receive an impact wrench. Two slots are formed in the body portion and extending from a bottom side of the body portion through a bottom surface of the impact wrench recess. A securing member extends through the slots to retain the impact wrench within the impact wrench recess in a fixed position relative to the body portion. This prevents accidental depressing off a trigger of the impact wrench and draining the battery.

  • Publication number: 20230193949
Abstract: A ball mount for an accessory device is provided. The ball mount may include a rectilinear base, such as, but not limited to a square, that is configured to couple within a recess of similar shape formed in a mounting base. The sides and bottom surface of rectilinear base of the ball mount engages the sides and recessed surface of the recess of the mounting base. This engagement prevents rotation of the ball mount with respect to the mounting base and inhibits loosening of the ball mount from the mounting base. A system that includes the ball mount and mounting base is also provided that allows for the attachment of the ball mount to a vehicle that is not originally equipped for the attachment of a ball mount.

  • Publication number: 20230191975
Abstract: A grab bar mount is provided. The grab bar mount includes an upper member having a first channeled recess and a lower member having a second channeled recess. The first channeled recess has a size and shape corresponding to a size and shape of an upper portion of a grab bar post of an off road vehicle. The second channeled recess has a size and shape corresponding to a size and shape of a lower portion of the grab bar post of the off road vehicle. The upper member and the lower member are releasably coupled together around the grab bar post with the grab bar post extending through the first and second channeled recesses. The grab bar mount geometry of the channeled recesses operate to engage the outer surfaces of the grab bar post and inhibits movement of the grab bar mount with respect to the grab bar post.

  • Publication number: 20230147041
Abstract: Techniques disclosed herein relate to the pairing of a pairing initiator device and a pairing responder device for communication. The pairing initiator device and the pairing responder device range with each other to determine the distance between the pairing initiator device and the pairing responder device. Based on the distance being below a threshold distance, the pairing initiator device and the pairing responder device wirelessly pair with each other without further input from the user.

  • Publication number: 20230010948
Abstract: A system and method for efficiently protecting branch prediction information. In various embodiments, a computing system includes at least one processor with a branch predictor storing branch target addresses and security tags in a table. The security tag includes one or more components of machine context. When the branch predictor receives a portion of a first program counter of a first branch instruction, and hits on a first table entry during an access, the branch predictor reads out a first security tag. The branch predictor compares one or more components of machine context of the first security tag to one or more components of machine context of the first branch instruction. When there is at least one mismatch, the branch prediction information of the first table entry is not used. Additionally, there is no updating of any branch prediction training information of the first table entry.
